    Finance Lead

    Key Responsibilities

    • Directing financial planning and strategy toward organizational goal
    • Ensuring periodic analysis and reporting is done on financial performance.
    • Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.
    • Develop fundraising strategy and build close relationships with partners and investors
    • Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization
    • Ensure the organization's Compliance with financial policies and regulations
    • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
    • Drive the company’s financial planning
    • Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
    • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

    Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related courses
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant role
    • CFA/ACCA certified
    • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • Ability to strategize and solve problems
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and people skills.

    Chief Risk Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder Management: Build valuable relationships with strategic stakeholders, and assemble coalitions, to support organizational goals.
    • Manage Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Lead the development and deployment of an Enterprise Risk Management framework, integrating all aspects of risk across the organization.
    • Lead Risk Assessment: Lead the development and deployment of strategic risk parameters and metrics (i.e. losses and incidents, key risk exposures and early warning indicators), support the development of analytical systems and data management capabilities to support the risk management function. The Position Holder is also responsible for coordinating regular risk assessments across the organization.
    • Manage Risk Management Policies and Processes: Lead the development and continuous improvement of the organization’s risk management processes, and policies, in line with identified best practices, and organizational fit, in order to mitigate the impact of risk events on the organization.
    • Risk-Based Capital Allocation:Lead the allocation of economic capital to business activities based on risk, and optimize the organisation’s risk portfolio through business activities & risk- transfer strategies.
    • Develop Risk Culture: Drive the organization’s risk management readiness through communication and training programs, risk-based performance measurement & incentives, and other change management programs.
    • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all extant regulatory directives, rules, circulars, as well as legislations, applicable to business, including working with various teams where such compliance activities are to be carried out by teams other than the Compliance team.
    • Internal Control: Lead the proactive identification and analysis of emergent risks to the organization, design appropriate mitigations, and implement accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
    • Professional certification in finance and/or risk management from a recognized professional body (e.g. CFA, CGMA, ACCA, ICAN e.t.c)
    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in similar role with 3 years at senior management level responsible for functional oversight.

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Job Objective(s)

    • The Position Holder is responsible for driving the business development team in the building and sustaining high-value business relationships across focus market segments of institutions and customers.
    • Acts as chief customer experience officer by defining customer service standards and process for all customer interactions via various communication channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Responsible for the proactive, and continuous engagement of relevant internal and external Stakeholders (Board, Regulatory Bodies, Management Team, Local Community e.t.c.) concerned, or affected by the organization’s activities, products or services, and associated performance, with the end purpose of eliciting their support and cooperation for the organization’s desired goals.
    • Drive Sales Workforce: Ensures the achievement of sales targets by all direct reporting functions, units and personnel.
    • General Management: Provides strategic oversight over the day-to-day operations of the business development department.
    • Customer Experience: Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives that define customer service excellence standards and is responsible for all customer interactions that meet and exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
    • Business Development:Development of business prospects across the company’s entire customer focus spectrum. Initiation and development of business proposals and aggressive sales pitching for business solicitation from existing and prospective customers.
    • Product Development: Development and upgrading of marketable products geared towards enhancing the competitiveness and market dominance of the organization.
    • Strategic Account Acquisition:Aggressive identification, prioritizing, and management of corporate relationships with strategic partners that have sufficient reach to provide business development results for the business.
    • Sales Reporting: Preparation and presentation of marketing and sales performance reports for the executive committee, board and shareholders.
    • People Management: Responsible for driving and sustaining strategic people management practices that support the organization’s ability to achieve its corporate objectives through optimal talent resourcing, employee engagement, talent management, and people development.
