    Forklift Technician

    Job Overview

    • The Forklift Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing material handling equipment and motorized gates within the factory.
    • This role supports the manufacturing department in achieving on-time, in-full production according to specified quality standards and at optimal cost.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operational Support:

    • Ensure reliability and availability of material handling equipment and motorized gates.
    • Assist in daily cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL) of Forklift.
    • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Forklift.
    • Respond promptly to Forkliftjob requests.
    • Complete relevant documents and checklists.
    • Adhere to EHS procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Pass technical proficiency tests.
    • Perform routine maintenance on all available Forklift.
    • Carry out other assigned duties as needed.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Education: Minimum of OND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Trade Test Certificate in the same area.

    Key Success Factors:

    • Timely provision of required services without disrupting production.
    • Effective implementation of planned maintenance.
    • Excellent EHS rating and zero lost-time accidents.

    Working Environment:

    • External: Adherence to legal requirements such as the Factories Act andEHS Policy.
    • Internal: Support manufacturing operations by providing material handling services according to set standards and at optimal cost.

    Additional Information:

    • The role may require additional hours to complete tasks.
    • The job holder must be physically fit and healthy.

    Marketing Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
    • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
    • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
    • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
    • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
    • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
    • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
    • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years in Marketing

    Administrative Secretary

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
    • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, faxes, and post
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and team events
    • Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
    • Manage and maintain files, records, and databases
    • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support

    Requirements

    • BS.c or HND in Business Administration.
    • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
    • 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
    • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
    • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
    • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
    • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
