    Product Manager

    Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
    • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
    • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
    • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
    • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
    • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
    • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

    Requirements

    • Two or more years of proven success in operation management role
    • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation process.
    • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.
    • Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
    • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
    • Strong IT skills, including database development
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree(or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related fields

    Logistics / Store Officer

    Description

    • A Logistics/Store Officer is responsible for overseeing the storage, distribution, and inventory management of goods within an organization.
    • This role is crucial in ensuring that materials are available when needed and that they are stored safely and efficiently.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields
    • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
    • Strong Logistics planning and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade practices.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Logistics software and Microsoft office suite
