    Head – Wealth Sales

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution
    • Relevant postgraduate (MSc, MBA) and/or professional qualification (CFA etc) would be an added advantage.

    Work Experience: 5 – 8 Years professional experience in related position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the marketing and sale of AXA MANSARD solutions, especially investment products, to High-Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) towards meeting annual goals.
    • Ensure the continued development of an active HNI prospect list for conversion, planning and budget predictability.
    • Carry out any other assignment that might be delegated by the CEO, COO or CIO.
    • Support in planning and executing events targeted towards High Income Persons (HIPs) and High Net worth Individuals (HNIs)
    • Support goals towards identifying and closing investment and insurance opportunities in all aspects of the customers’ lives e.g. business insurance products for HIPs and HNIs who are business owners.
    • Ensure the continued development of an active HNI prospect list for conversion, planning and budget predictability.
    • Undertake the profiling of each client and the preparation of Investment Policy Statements, including well-structured asset allocation targets and model portfolios.
    • Undertake economic and market commentary leveraging insights from internal and external research for engagement with HNI segment.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Knowledge of Investment industry and products
    • Detail oriented.
    • Discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentiality.
    • Ability to network and establish relationships with clients.
    • Strong sales and presentation skills

    User Experience Analyst

    • The User Experience (UX) Analyst has a strong interest and capabilities in the research and design of engaging and innovative user experiences.
    • S/he excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a Customer Experience engagement and has extensive experience in a fast paced and innovative development environment.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional: BSc/Degree from a reputable Tertiary Institution in Design, Information Sciences, Psychology, Marketing or related discipline.

    Work Experience:

    • Relevant first degree in Marketing, Computer Science or any related course.
    • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in conducting UX analysis for software, web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implements strategies to maximize user experience in the online space
    • Design user flows and processes across the digital platforms for excellent user experience
    • Work with Product Development team to create new products and modify existing products for online customers.
    • Perform routine reviews and monitor the performance of all digital platform to ensure optimization of customer experience
    • Ensure prompt processing and delivery of policy documents within the company’s turnaround time

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • The willingness to keep up to date with new techniques in a rapidly changing profession.
    • A fair understanding of user-centred design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
    • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centred design.
    • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients to ensure that high quality end-user designs meet customer requirements.

    Lead, Information Security Engineering

    Ensure that security vulnerabilities as well as incidents are managed proactively to prevent or minimize disruptions to business activities in case of possible security breaches.

    Role Qualification:

    Academic/Professional:

    • B.Sc./MSc in Computer Science, programming, Information Security/Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering/Information Systems Management or related field
    • Experience in information security, business continuity and data privacy. Experience with security testing and technology solutions.
    • Recognized professional certifications such as OSCP, Certified in Secured Programming, CEH, CHFI, JPT, CAP, CCSP.

    Work Experience: 3 – 5 years’ work experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Continuous Static and Dynamic application security testing.
    • Report all vulnerabilities and their status to the CISO/ Head Information Security, CSO and other relevant stakeholders or as directed by the CISO and CSO.
    • Have a good knowledge of business risks associated with common security vulnerabilities and be able to effectively communicate same to application developers, Infrastructure & Network Team and/or senior managers effectively.
    • Collaborate with and support the Group Information Security Practice, Local CISO/Head, Information Security/CSO and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure that information security within AXA Mansard is relevant, cost-effective and is delivered in accordance with the Group Information Security Strategy.

    Required Skills and Competencies

    • Strong background and technical knowledge and skills in information technology, information security and cyber security with a clear understanding of security controls design and implementation and information security trends.
    • A forensic approach to challenges.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with staff and other relevant individuals.
    • Good knowledge of network security, application and database security, identity and access management.
    • Knowledge of and in-depth experience with more than one major IT discipline (e.g., distributed computing, networks, financial applications design and development, IT security and business recovery.
