REQUIREMENTS

Educational and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CFA, ACA, CPA) is required.
• 4 years post NYSC experience in a Finance role.

COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Economics or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management and federal and state respective employment laws
• Must have an accredited HR certification i.e., PHR/SPHR
