• In our journey towards Customer Centric Convergence (*C3) we will build a roadmap for convergence of our platforms Customer Portal, SIRVIS and CP Egypt B2B&D2C
• You will play a key role in modelling the future and go beyond the current models.
• This is a highly x-functional role that will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. It will focus on the analysis, mapping and modelling of a framework for the future C3 platform. In this role you will work closely with the Product Owners of the current platforms as well as the legal and finance teams to develop the needed structures and legal framework.
• Also, you will lead the identification of value-added services to be piloted.

• Analyse and document all platforms Customer Portal, SIRVIS and CP Egypt with all overlaps and differences in:
  • Business Model
  • Customer Proposition
  • Revenue Streams
  • Stakeholders
• Build Proposition and Service Catalog for future C3 Platform
• Assess and build needed organisational Setup for Execution
• Develop collaboration model between DCom Services BV and CCH incl. legal framework
• Propose a high-level roadmap for convergence phases
• Identify value-added Services to run experiments and pilots in SIRVIS
• Support in building common framework for platforms.

About Your New Job

• As Sr. DQ Analyst with data governance and data quality focuses in the Data, Insights & Analytics (DIA) team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the business-led data governance initiatives to hold tight on the quality of the upstream part of the data value chain, also with the End to End view and understanding.
• You will need to  “Know the data on both sizes (business and technical)”: understand the business requirements of data quality and translate them to technical solutions;  “Do the hands-on”: implement the data quality detection and remediation through automation and modern data techniques;  and “Live in agile”: understand the iterative nature of data projects and welcome/embrace the changes to ensure high satisfaction for our downstream data users.
• This work will require collaboration with multiple stakeholders and data users, including data curator, data engineers, data scientists, functional teams & functional data owners/data stewards,  and other Data & Analytics leads part of DIA team.

In this critical role, you will work with our functional data owners and data stewards to ensure the quality of data for all of our data users, comprising of the following responsibilities:

Analysis and Translation:

• Understand the purpose and usage of the data of specific use cases with solid Explorative Data Analytics skills Data is not just numbers, it has many meanings. So you should read and talk about data like you are reading and talking about your favorite books
• Translate the business requirement from idea generation to realization and implementation with the strong Know-how of both sides of the data (Business and Technical) Data is not just numbers, it is like languages, business talks data in the business way, tech talks data in the technical way, you must be bilingual
• Deliver and sustain the data quality End-to-End solutions alongside the Data owners  all our data users together with data owners as their representative, are you customer, talking about user centricity, you will be  their best friends
• Work with a multidisciplinary team (Data Scientist, Insights Expert, Data Engineer, Data Curator, incl. Vendors) with strong problem-solving skills, e.g. Active listening, Research, Creativity, Communication, etc. Yes, as a big organization, our data landscape is enormous with all kind of data roles you can image. Hands-on delivery:

• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into valueadd and technically capable end solutions
• A strong working knowledge and experiences in data management
• Data wrangling and engineering skills: from simple Excel vlookup to advanced ETL e.g. Python, SQL, PySpark, plus not need to mention understand data model and do data modeling by yourself  
• Data platform: SQL DB, Data Warehouse, Datalake, Databricks
• Data Visualization: from simple Excel Histogram to Python Matplotlib to PowerBI (Nice to have)
• Understand Agile Product Delivery (SAFE framework is preferred)
• Previous experience working with CPG sector and its core datasets is a big plus

ABOUT THE JOB

• The Production Operator reports to the Shift Team Leader and is responsible for ensuring shift/line production plan execution by optimizing performance.
• The Operator is also responsible for ensuring operational health and safety, production output and product quality While minimizing the impact on the environment.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and Utilities.
• Deploy technical skills to ensure equipment availability at all times and operate at OEM's Rated capacity.
• Deliver output associated with a production line for maximum effectiveness and effciency.
• Execute machine start-up, continuous operation, shut down, and changeover followingthe standard operating procedure in a safe way to avoid risks Of damage or waste.
• Ensure relevant standard process parameters by means of reference tables.
• Reads and interprets values on screens, monitors, and other relevant measuring instruments/devices.
• Follow standard cleaning and sanitizing procedures - Operating With the usage and methodologies Of the proper tool.
• Makes certain that shift reports for own area ofresponsibility are prepared on time and according to agreed requirements.

• Prior high-speed production machine maintenance, operating experience, especially on bottling machines
• Ability to demonstrate basic technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Sufficient understanding of bottling line machine/tool technology and operation.
• Sufficient understanding of maintenance and process operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HND / BSc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Agricultural Engineering, Physics / Industrial Physics
• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience.
