    Deposit Mobilizer (Tenor Deposit)

    REPORT TO: HEAD, TREASURY MARKETING

    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for driving deposit mobilization for the Bank particularly with private entities and individuals, as well as building and maintaining strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Mobilization of funds from private sector entities, individuals, and corporate agencies.
    • Identify target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new funds to the Company.
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposits and manage withdrawal attrition.
    • Oversee the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors.
    • Advise clients on funds status and generate new clients on an ongoing basis.
    • Meet assigned targets and quotas.
    • Other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Treasury Marketing.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in Microfinance Banking
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Great Negotiation Skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Analytical and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines.

    Head, Treasury Marketing

    REPORT TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

    JOB SUMMARY

    Primarily responsible for overseeing the entire Treasury Marketing Unit of the Bank while working closely with Team Members to drive business revenue as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationship with Customers.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop treasury marketing strategies and campaigns designed to meet Customer’s investment needs.
    • Effectively monitor the selling of treasury products by organizing training programs and updating business units on treasury product developments
    • Work closely with other functional Units in managing Customers’ investments, liquidation and rollover.
    • Manage market storms and targeted advertising periodically to ensure wide reach to prospective clients.
    • Responsible for the Bank’s entire Treasury Team (Treasury Marketers, Deposit Mobilizers, and DSAs), and ensure that they are regularly trained and brought up to speed with market trends and investment strategies.
    • Periodically prepare and render Treasury Marketing reports to the Managing Director as and when due.
    • Advise new and existing Customers on investment products and opportunities.
    • Supervise the negotiation of suitable investment rates for both the Bank and Customers to ensure a smooth Treasury Management.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any discipline. Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • 10 – 15 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in Microfinance or Commercial Banking
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Great Negotiation Skills. Should be able to sell investment products to HNI clients
    • Ability to work with and manage large teams.
    • Analytical and organizational skills
    • Excellent use of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Proven ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines.
    • Excellent relationship and people management skills.

    Treasury Marketer (HNI)

    JOB TITLE: TREASURY MARKETER (HNI)

    REPORT TO: HEAD, TREASURY MARKETING

    JOB SUMMARY

    Primarily responsible for sourcing and persuading high-end corporate and individual customers to deposit money into a fixed bank account as well as maintaining client relationship and deposit retention. Will also be responsible for managing accounts and deposits of the Bank’s Directors, MDs of other SBUs, and Key Stakeholders

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source for new high-end customers and advising them to deposit money.
    • Maintaining existing deposit clients.
    • Periodically advising clients of the status of their deposit.
    • Ensure the form for opening a fixed deposit account is adequately completed and registered.
    • Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition
    • Contribute to the development of innovative savings products in line with customer needs.
    • Create and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors with interest on ordinary and fixed deposits.
    • Marketing and sale of all bank’s deposit products.
    • Meet assigned targets and quota and other assigned tasks as may be assigned by the Head, Treasury Marketing.

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    • Minimum of an HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • 5 – 10 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in Microfinance/Commercial Banking, and treasury marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Great Negotiation Skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Analytical and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to meet/exceed targets and deadlines.
