    Delivery Manager, Mobile Financial Services

    Job Summary:

     

    The profile is a customer-centric person with a strong background in solution delivery, integration and testing. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage team of software developers, integrators and architects. He/ She is to deliver demands aligned with major milestones within DevOps cycle such as definition of demand, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment on production.

    Business Development Manager – Integrated Maintenance Service Contracts (Routine & Interventions)

    Job Summary
    Candidate is expected to deliver Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Regional Sales Budgets against Integrated Maintenance Service Contracts for both Routine and Turn Around Maintenance requirements of IOCs, NOCs, Marginal Field and Sole Risk Operators in Nigeria.
     
    Job Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance routine practices of Oil & Gas production, compression and processing companies.
    • Demonstrate good understanding of the challenges and relevant strategies involved to manage various interfaces related to third party OEMs, NCDMB, NAPIMS, Local Communities, and other functional departments within the customer organization as part of the maintenance contract execution.
    • Estimate Market size / share for maintenance service contract portfolios, identify competition intelligence (SWOT), map customer organization & develop market pricing strategy.
    • Develop and nurture key executive relationship within the production, maintenance, procurement, and contracts team of IOCs, NOCs, Marginal Field / Sole Risk Operators, Refineries, Petrochemicals, and Power Utilities.
    • Implement vendor registrations with customer organizations, develop customer account plans, improve opportunity funnel quality / conversion rates, and develop credible pursuit strategies and sales forecasts.
    • Identify and develop strong external partnership and alliances to close capability / experience / execution gaps in our integrated maintenance service contracting strategy.
    • Conduct win / loss analysis and identify opportunities for sales and operations continuous improvement & productivity.
    • Co-ordinate and collaborate across the organization with various functional teams, business development managers, regional sales managers, and key account managers to gather support, co-operation, active participation, and contribution to grow the maintenance service contracting business.

    Head of Service Operation

    Job Summary:
    The candidate must be customer centric with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations. As head of Service operation he/ she will be SPOC for internal and external stake holders for all operational issue in a particular hub.
    Job Responsibilities.

    • Operational Management for the end-to-end operations activities delivery (1st & 2nd line operations, Customer Problem Management, Service & Resource Fulfillment and Field Services, Content Preparation, and Content Delivery and Distribution ) towards the specific customer.

    Service Engineer- Mobile Money

    Job Summary:
    The candidate will be the Single Point of Contact for all technical deployments, troubleshooting and configuration for Mobile Financial Services delivery in opco. Candidate must have strong technical acumen and a deep end to end understanding of MFS infrastructure and related setup. Responsible to share feedback to Business Analyst counterpart and Customer Adaptation Centre for the purposes of process and code improvement.
