    Procurement Officer

    About the job

    • We're seeking an experienced and skilled Procurement Officer to manage our garment factory.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to navigate the fabric market with ease.
    • We prefer a female candidate for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source and purchase high-quality fabrics, threads, and other materials for garment production
    • Develop and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors
    • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on fabric trends, prices, and availability
    • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement processes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in a relevant field
    • 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the garment or textile industry
    • Strong knowledge of fabrics, including types, qualities, and applications
    • Excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Business Manager

    • We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our business operations, develop and implement growth strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for luxury home decor and furniture.
    • Candidate must be a Lagos resident who is willing to relocate to Abuja.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth, revenue targets, and profitability goals
    • Manage and lead a team of sales and customer service professionals
