    Area Sales Manager

    Responsiblities

    • Deploy successful strategic marketing campaigns and ensure implementation to market our medical products and drive sales.
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
    • Leading and training a team of medical reps/marketing associates.
    • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
    • Provide product information and deliver product samples to vendors.
    • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
    • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
    • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
    • Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications with customers.
    • Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
    • Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/ HND or any other Science-related field.
    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an AREA SALES OR MARKETING MANAGER IN A PHARMACEUTICAL FIELD
    • Able to manage and direct a minimum of 5 to 6 medical reps effectively and efficiently and get the desired results from them.
    • Ability to cover Kaduna and its territories.
    • Proven medical sales experience.

    Store Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Receipt of incoming raw and packing materials into the warehouse.
    • Giving intimation of raw materials received to Quality /account departments.
    • Intimate the in-flow and out- flow of stock on daily /monthly basis.
    • Alert the quality department for materials sampling when the need arises.
    • Handling finished goods stores.
    • Transferring finished goods to branches.
    • Maintain clean, orderly, insect and rodent free environment within all storage facilities.
    • Ensure correct and complete documentation of all store’s activities.
    • Received finished good s from production.
    • 50% supervision of loading and off-loading of finished goods.
    • Supervision of local customer dispatches.
    • Keep records of delivery note and GRNs.

    Requirements

    • Min. of HND/BSC in related discipline
    • Min. of 4 years working experience in Similar Position
    • Supervisory skill & monitoring skill
    • Stock maintenance and stock record
    • Good documentation skill & Leadership skill
