    Geoscience - Geophysical Quality Control Representative III

    Tasks and Responsibilities
    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities Level 3:

    • Must be familiar with geophysical site investigation acquisition, processing and interpretation including high resolution seismic surveys, sub bottom profiler surveys, multibeam echosounder surveys and side scan sonar surveys.
    • Must be familiar with the sampling and preservation of water column, surficial and near surficial sediments for environmental, geochemical or geological/geotechnical purposes
    • Must be familiar with controlled amplitude and controlled phase processing geophysical data
    • Must be familiar with the latest geophysical processing techniques including broad band processing, data reconstruction and noise attenuation.
    • Must be familiar with data delivery and reporting standards

    Skills and Qualification

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a Geophysical or Geotechnical field required.
    • Must have 10-31 years work experience
    • Experience in geophysical field; ExxonMobil geophysical field experience preferred
    • Must have leadership ability and skills to monitor and advise on all aspects of geophysical data acquisition, including: SSH&E, logistics, operations, instrumentation, equipment, recording, and positioning
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
    • Must comply with all requirements per the agreement.
    • Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project

    Requirements:

    • A Geophysical Quality Control Representative who has knowledge of geophysical acquisition techniques, industry Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards, seismic equipment operations and positioning, Company reporting requirements, and an awareness of Company Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS) procedures,
    • Must have demonstrated skills in effective communications, interface management, auditing and assessing operations, and problem solving. Provide guidance and oversight to a team of QC’s who oversee geophysical vendor field operations.

    Mechanical Technician I - Engineering

    Work Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off - 14 days on / 14 days off

    Scope of Work specific to this Assignment

    • Turbomachinery Program and Corrective Maintenance
    • Machinery monitoring and preservation activities.

    Main Functions

    • Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work. This can either be an ExxonMobil (XOM) employee or a Contractor resource.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor.

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Actively participate in the use of all on the job safety tools
    • Review job packs
    • Identify any safety issues associated with job end ensure removal/mitigation prior to working
    • Execute work as planned
    • Record technical history as required by workgroup. (Global Reliability Tool (GRT), data sheet, etc.)
    • Provide feedback on job pack improvements to Execution FLS
    • Request permits and notify Supervisor if permit cannot be issued within 30 minutes of requested time.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience.
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.

    Environmental Engineer II - Engineering

    Location: Offshore
    Employment Type: Contract
    Work Schedule: Standard - 5 days on / 2 days off - 5 days on / 2 days off

    Main Functions

    • Environmental Engineers plan, design and supervise a variety of industrial activities and processes in oil and gas to prevent, control or remediate potential environmental impacts.
    • They can specialize in a specific area such as air, water or waste management. Environmental auditing, testing and regulatory compliance/reporting are key activities in this role. Work may include water and waste treatment, site investigation and remediation where environmental site assessments are completed, and pollution control.
    • They participate in or lead regulatory processes, such as environmental impact assessments, that review facilities or field operations to ensure compliance with government regulations and permitting conditions.

    Tasks And Responsibilities
    In addition to Level 1 tasks and responsibilities,Level2:

    • Recommend procedures to clean up sites that have been contaminated with harmful materials.
    • Advise of steps necessary to clean up sites and design cost-effective procedures for site remediation.
    • Interact with abroad set of internal and external stakeholders

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar discipline and/or previous experience in a closely related position
    • 8 - 25 years work experience.
    • Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within particular field.
    • Exercises strong initiative and creativity within a supported area
    • Experience in pollution modelling including – dispersion (air or water), dredge plume modelling, oil spills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
