Responsibilities

1. Design and develop electrical systems for industrial applications, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and automation components.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical issues, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
4. Specify and select electrical components, including motors, drives, controllers, and sensors, based on project requirements.
5. Perform detailed calculations and simulations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
6. Configure and program PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) to control industrial processes.
7. Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
8. Provide technical support during commissioning, startup, and maintenance of electrical systems.
9. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality electrical components and equipment.
10. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to electrical engineering.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience (6years) working in industrial settings, with a focus on electrical systems.
3. Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, pumps, VFD, VSD drivers, and power systems.
4. Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
