    Head, Credit and Marketing

    Job Description

    • Oversee the articulation and execution of the Bank’s marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy, goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance, leadership support and direction to the Marketing team.
    • Build the Bank’s profile and brand image in the market through sustained campaigns.
    • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers in relevant market segments.
    • Lead the Bank’s deposit mobilization efforts and ensure quality risks assets are created.
    • Coordinate the deployment of effective market penetration and market share acquisition frameworks.
    • Oversee the collation of market business intelligence to support effective decision-making.
    • Champion the development and establishment of the effective channel strategies to support the Bank’s marketing efforts.
    • Champion periodic planning and budget review sessions, monitor implementation and performance and ensure development of effective strategies to address shortfall in targets.
    • Champion the drive to increase the Bank’s market share by promoting and institutionalizing a customer service-oriented culture.
    • Monitor changing market dynamics and adapt product offering to effectively meet these needs.
    • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the MD/ CEO.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc in Accounting, Banking and Finance or any other related courses from a recognized institute.
    • 5 - 7 years as a head of credit and marketing
    • MICPS certification will be an added advantage
    • Female
    • Must have good communication & analytical skill
    • Knowledge of MS office suite.
    • Age: 30 - 40 years.

    Head, Financial Control

    Job Description

    • Contribute to the development of business strategy and ensure that all financial policies, procedures, and systems are sound
    • Provide financial direction, planning, and accounting, covering short and long-term financial goals
    • Manage treasury and investment to ensure optimal liquidity and negotiate/arrange external finance when required
    • Monitor banking activities and ensure regular reconciliations of all banking transactions
    • Develop strategies, budgets, forecasts, and data to guide management decisions by forecasting, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
    • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances
    • Ensure the integrity of financial management and accounting systems
    • Oversee the activities of external auditors, CBN, and NDIC examiners and ensure 100% compliance with set guidelines
    • Manage relationships with regulatory and statutory bodies, i.e. LIRS, FIRS, etc.
    • Ensure adequate insurance cover on all operational activities
    • Ensure adequate controls are installed and maintained to cover all financial transactions, including safeguarding financial assets.
    • Perform performance management functions towards the achievement of budget
    • Oversee any outsourced accounting functions
    • Ensure that financial reports comply with the International Financial reporting standard (IFRS) and constantly keeping abreast of developments in the space
    • Authorize expenditure/ transactions in line with the bank’s approval limits
    • Flexibility to carry out any other task as requested by Management

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other related courses from a recognized institute.
    • 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role at a financial institution
    • MICPS will be an added advantage
    • Must be Chartered (ICAN)
    • Knowledge of Financial management systems, accounting policies, and standards, tax management cost accounting, etc.
    • Treasury and investment management experience
    • Knowledge of the Microfinance banking framework
    • Evidence of completion of Microfinance Certification program
    • Strong presentation and financial modeling skills
    • Strong budget and management skills, including project management skills
    • Ability to handle tight timelines, multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment
    • Degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong Leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills
    • Strong negotiation skills

    Operational Manager / Business Analyst

    Job Description

    • Should be experienced in the real estate industry and have a fair understanding of the dynamics of real estate as a business
    • Responsible for overseeing the entire operation and making sure that each team member or department is doing its job
    • Tasks include: overseeing buying, sales, contracts, managing partnerships, reporting, contributing to strategy decisions, financial goals etc
    • Responsible for key strategic decisions such as how to enter new markets, the development of new products, and means of growing the business.
    • Analyses, synthesis, and presents data in a way that is actionable for project stakeholders and executives
    • Manages key stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a project and develops detailed reports outlining the health of all ongoing project
    • Heads PR activities but will work closely with the marketing officer towards execution of these activities

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc or equivalent as educational qualification
    • Must have minimum of 3 years experience in the real estate sector with a fair understanding of real estate as a business
    • Must be able to analyse, interpret and present real estate data for decision making
    • Should have some real estate marketing experience and be able comfortable to speak in front of a camera
    • Should be capable of managing one or more teams efficiently for best result
    • Age : 25 - 37years
