    Head, Customer Experience

    Description

    On behalf of our client, a Shipping company, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Head, Customer Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. They will lead a team of customer experience professionals and collaborate with various departments to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a customer experience strategy aligned with the company's vision and values.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journey and touchpoints.
    • Identify and implement customer satisfaction measurement tools and processes.
    • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Lead customer service training and development programs to enhance customer-facing skills and mindset.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess customer experience performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
    • Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective customer experience strategies.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
    • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of customer experience measurement tools and methodologies.
    • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.

    Description

    On behalf of our client in the financial services sector, Deloitte Human Capital Consulting is seeking a talented and experienced professional for the position of Head, People. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the people strategy and initiatives, and also execute HR programs, policies, and practices that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of the people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Design and execute HR programs and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
    • Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on employee relations and engagement initiatives.
    • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with overall business goals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in people management.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • 10 - 20 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR management, culture transformation and strategy development
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as leading culture transformation initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within the Nigerian financial services industry
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred.
    • HR certification such as CIPM, PHRi, SHRM
