    Head, Facility Management

    Role Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the client and revenue growth of the FM business unit.
    • Forecast, monitor and implement the operational budget of the unit as approved by the management
    • Drive innovation through the development of best practices, identify industry trends/tools that will contribute to the organizational goal of service excellence.
    • Project future site requirements including manpower, equipment and infrastructure upgrades
    • Support the implementation of a quality management system for the fulfilment of customer requirements, ensuring services meet set standards of quality reliability.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all customer requirements (maintenance services) are effectively fulfilled in accordance with service level agreements and organizational quality standards.
    • Develop, recommend, and implement standard operational procedures in collaboration with operations team and senior management, and ensure compliance with such approved processes/procedures.
    • Ensure proper use and proactive maintenance of facility equipment by relevant operators as per standard operational procedures, achieving near-zero downtime on equipment failure.
    • Implement, monitor and review health and safety standards on all facilities, ensuring potential threats/risks are identified, and recommendations made for necessary action.
    • Prepare and deliver consolidated operational and other necessary reports weekly, monthly and annually as required by senior management.
    • Ensure prompt notification and remittance of service charge and other relevant fees by facility occupants in accordance with service level agreements.
    • Manage and drive customer focus within all areas of operational activities and ensure effective relationship management with all stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 10 years work experience in facility management of which about 4 years must have been in a management role.
    • Training in facility management is required.
    • MBA or masters degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
    • Good writing and communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information.
    • Relationship-building skills.
    • The ability to prioritize and multi-task.
    • Time management skills.
    • Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills.
    • Procurement and negotiation skills.
    • Proactive thinking.
    • Understanding of soft and hard service delivery.

    Salary; N8,000,000 annually.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Carry out the project in accordance with the construction plans prepared by the Architect and Engineer in a safe and timely manner
    • Manage the use of materials in site
    • Identify, analyse and develop responses to potential risks and problems that may arise
    • Ensure that the project is delivered within agreed timelines and schedule.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B. Tech in Building or any related field.

    Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Building and Construction
    • Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry is an added advantage.

    Skills:

    • Good understanding of Architectural and structural drawings
    • On-site construction planning and management skills

    Accountant

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare financial reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with audit preparations
    • To provide management and financial accounting support which includes posting in the general ledger
    • Preparation and reconciliation of Profit and Loss and Balance sheet reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
    • Assist in preparation of annual tax returns and other regulatory submissions.
    • Providing accurate, understandable, timely information to support management decisions, including analysis and recommendations
    • Managing relationship with external stakeholders, ensuring that appropriate reports and documentations are submitted to all relevant authorities.
    • Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and assist with audit preparations.
    • Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.
    • Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review.
    • Researching market trends and projecting construction-related price increases/decreases.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Keeping abreast with both the construction and accounting industry.
    • Perform other duties/ functions as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 1st Degree with 5 years’ experience in similar position and minimum of Skill level of ICAN examination.
    • Must have worked in a construction firm before. (non-negotiable)

    Skills:

    • Analytical and detail oriented with high level of financial accuracy.
    • Should display excellent business acumen and the ability to minimize production costs through efficient accounting.
    • Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
    • Familiarity with Peachtree accounting software.
    • Working knowledge of the construction industry.
    • Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary: N150,000 - N180,000/month.
