Duties & Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Management.
• Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Establish and maintain order processing procedures, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor order processing KPIs, including order cycle times, on-time delivery, and error rates, and implement process improvements as needed.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of order processors and customer service representatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve the team's efficiency and accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure that the necessary products are available to fulfill customer orders.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate any supply issues or delays to the relevant teams.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the order process.
• Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment metrics, including order processing times, accuracy rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business. Supply Chain Management. Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years Of experience in order management, sales operations, or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of order processing systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom Power Apps to meet business needs.
• Build and manage Power Automate workflows for process automation.
• Develop dynamic, visually appealing reports using Power Bl.
• Utilize SQL for querying, data extraction, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot issues across platforms.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• 7 — 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience in report development and data visualization.
• Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
