    HMO Client Service Executive

    Job Description

    • Provide client support services in an accurate and timely manner
    • Build positive and productive relationships with clients
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
    • Ensure all clients have valid contracts and SLAs
    • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
    • Attend to and resolve all issues from clients promptly and forward the escalations to the line manager
    • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
    • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations
    • Provide support in new service offering and enhancement activities
    • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities
    • Attend educational trainings and workshops for professional growth

    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Selling of Health plans to companies, government/public sector, institutions, and cooperative groups.
    • Act as the First Point of Contact for all inquiries regarding Services and provide a first-class response to such inquiries ensuring follow-up to possible closure.
    • Generate new business from existing clients.
    • Assist Human Resource Managers of companies to reduce HMO cost and work with the Company’s Budget.
    • Participate actively in brand building, brand enforcement, public relations events and implement company marketing strategy.
    • Pro-actively study market trends and thus assist in product development.
    • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and evaluating options.
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
