    HR Manager

    Job description

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Implement HR recruitment policy and manage recruitment process and outcomes in a systematic and timely manner
    • Manage training, development and career cycle of employees
    • Implement the best-suited performance measurement system in line with the organizational goals and objectives.
    • Ability to develop and execute HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
    • Manage compensation and benefits scheme for employees in alignment with organizational goals
    • Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all human resource-related activities which may include: employee relations, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of policies and procedures.
    • Provide counsel to employees and management to maintain a productive and positive work environment, and culture
    • Manage talent pool and succession plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (MSc. /MBA is a plus).
    • 7-10 years of relevant HR experience
    • HR Certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI)
    • Sound Knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws and global best practices.

    Competency and skill requirement:

    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • People oriented and result driven.
    • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
    • Ability to develop strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

    Brand/Marketing Manager

    *Core Duties: *

    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
    • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
    • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
    • Develop and oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
    • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
    • Devise innovative growth strategies
    • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
    • Creating designs and layouts for media outlets
    • Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets
    • Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency

    Educational requirements:

    First degree in Marketing or related field. An MBA/MSc. is an advantage

    Research and Development Manager

    *Core Duties: *

    • Create and manage the new product development pipeline portfolio.
    • Collaborates crossfunctionally to drive the Customer to Concept process to bring new products to market.
    • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing and defining market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market.
    • Provide leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of products by initiating research to identify consumer needs; develop new products to meet consumer needs; research consumer acceptance of products; work with production to identify process improvement.
    • Prioritize new concepts/products through the development process which includes:
    • Formula and costing creation
    • Customer/Market test
    • Production Scale up
    • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
    • Maintain knowledge on all regulatory issues as relating to the company’s products and ensure compliance.  

    Educational requirements:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Food Science and Technology or related fields.
    • Relevant certifications will be an advantage.

    Skills Required:

    • Creativity and innovativeness.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Fast paced and analytical.
    • Team player with good communication skills.
