    Human Resource Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are a QSR looking for a Human Resource officer, who is experienced with talent recruiting, departmental structuring, implementing standard of operation, payroll, and would support, develop, manage the day to day human resource activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruit staff effectively
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection and on-boarding process
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Train and develop staff
    • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
    • Implementing deduction on staff salary when necessary
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
    • Monitor attendance

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Proven working experience as HR officer
    • People-oriented and results-driven.
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

    Customer Service Representative

    Job description

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
    • Processing orders, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Forwarding accurate order to other branch to enable quick deliveries.
    • Confirming payment before forwarding orders for processing.
    • Mastering the menu and price list in other to provide quick response to customers questions and to avoid unnecessary errors while drafting bills for customers.

    • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

    REQUIREMENTS;

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
    • Familiar with customer relationship management systems and practices.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

    Accountant (QSR)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an Accountant to manage all account related activities in our restaurant, monitor sales , check and submit sales report, monitor stock usage and take stock count, monitor inventory, monitor petty cash, confirm all transactions done via POS and transfer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the restaurant's financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and cash flow.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during financial audits.
    • Maintain an efficient record-keeping system for financial transactions and documents.
    • Analyze cost variances and implement cost-saving strategies where applicable.
    • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements specific to the food service industry.
    • Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance and support decision-making.
    • Assist in developing and implementing internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
    • Train and guide restaurant staff on proper financial procedures and documentation.
    • Perform other financial tasks and projects as assigned by the management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum academic qualification of BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
    • At least 2-4 years experience as an Accountant
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
