    Human Resources (HR) Personnel

    Job Description

    • The company is seeking to hire a resourceful HR Manager who will be responsible for all employee-related issues and concerns.
    • This role will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, development, and talent management.
    • The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the daily operations of the office and its various personnel, including communicating with staff, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management, and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field required.
    • 3+ years of human resource management experience.
    • CIPM or any relevant certification would be a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or equivalent in Hospitality Management
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry; preferably with a lounge/ upbeat restaurant.
    • Microsoft office proficiency.

    Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting transactions.
    • Prepare budget forecasts.
    • Publish financial statements in time.
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Ensure timely bank payments.
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
    • Audit financial transactions and documents.
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
    • 3-5 years professional experience; a similar experience in a supermarket will be an added advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong work ethics.
