    Human Resources Manager (Consumer Electronics)

    Industry: FMCG
     

    Candidates with experience in consumer electronics assembly and retail companies.
    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

    • 8-10 years’ experience in handling factory HR issues, especially contractual staff;
    • Experience of handling large workforce 
    • Ability to communicate and successfully handle third parties (manpower contractors, labor department, Lagos state & Federal etc.);
    • Knowledge of returns to be filed (PAYEE, NSITF etc.);
    • Able to work in Microsoft Office at ease and make calculations;

    Logistics Officer

    Our client, a Food and Beverage company in the FMCG sphere, is recruiting to fill the position below:

    Description

    • The logistics executive will be required to organize the storage and distribution of goods. Ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
    • The individual may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing, and monitoring the flow of goods.
    • The key task is to organize the safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods, and to ensure that orders are fulfilled (carried out) correctly.

    Responsibilities

    • Planning and implementing logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
    • Overseeing product storage, handling, and distribution
    • Using computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
    • Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process, and analyzing performance
    • Managing and motivating a team of supply chain staff
    • Improving the overall supply chain performance and looking for any possible innovations to the process
    • Implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector.
    • Develop and implement a logistics process.
    • Oversee warehouse operations.
    • Review and approve purchase orders.
    • Direct the activities of the logistics division.
    • Collaborate with marketing executives to ensure that new products reach the right markets at the optimal time.
    • Ensure goods are stored properly and at the right temperature.
    • Conduct market research to learn about the demand for different goods.
    • Determine what goods sell best to commercial businesses and consumers.
    • Decide appropriate quantities of items to stock.
    • Vigilant about streamlining operating efficiency, error, and increased productivity

    Competencies / Skills / Requirements

    • Minimum of First Degree
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
    • Must possess 2 years’ operational experience in logistics
    • A logical and systematic approach to work
    • Good time management ability.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, as well as manage people
    • Negotiation and analytical skills.

    Job Title: Production Manager  (Refrigerators/ Air conditioners/ Gas cookers)

    • Production supervisor job  purpose: Aim to ensure that the product or service an organization provides is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements & enforcing systems, policies and procedures & to ensure all the systems & processes are in place & in order & meet daily targets along with Quality in Mind.

    • Maintain proper inventory levels
    • Manage department priorities

    Skills/Qualifications: Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement and currently should be in a role of Production supervisor
