    Human Resources Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on aligning Human Resources and Administration management plan with the quality management system, strategic plan, business goals and objectives.
    • Conduct Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Hiring of competent employees, On-boarding and orientating new hires to fit into the corporate norms and culture.
    • Provide training programs and career opportunities for all employees to ensure they excel and progress in their various job roles.
    • Evaluate and manage employee performance regularly to ensure productivity and career advancement.
    • Provide Compensation and Rewards for all employees (monetary and non-monetary); ensure full compliance with the Nigeria Labour Laws and remittance of all statutory deductions to the Regulatory Institutions.

    International Sales and Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • To search for customers online
    • To communicate and market products to customers using internet facilities and phone calls or social media.
    • To provide update about the customers specification while the products are produced and shipped.
    • To follow up with the goods and documents to customers bank destination.
    • To follow up with our bank on payment paid to our account for prompt confirmation.

    Material Processing Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Receiving all incoming items /material through weighbridge recording
    • Supervising the activity of the sorters, processing line, quality control, warehouse and the forklift unit
    • Scaling of all incoming and outgoing items
    • Proper supervision of offloaded materials to avoid discrepancies and dissatisfaction from customers
    • Safety and well being of workers in the general operation of services
    • Attend to internal customer complaint first hand
    • Proper supervision in sorting of all incoming materials and adequate recording of all items before storage
    • Preparation of invoices based on quantities supplied with respect to the agreed price
    • Supervision of all loading exercise
    • Supervision of sorters during sorting processes for quality job delivery
    • General monitoring of all yard activities for proper accountability
    • Preparation of sales invoice of some secondary materials such as : iron, unwanted rejects etc.
    • Must be experienced in recycling PET.

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

    Account and Finance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare all supporting documents and information for the month, quarterly and annually financial information.
    • Manage the bookkeeping function, using the ledger and ERP
    • Reconcile stock and manage cash flow.
    • Attending to requisition and follow up for approval and recording into system
    • Maintenance of company books and accounts record such as petty cash book, sales and purchase.
    • Recording of supplier payment and invoice into Ledger.
    • Raising of payments for proper authorizations and approval.
    • Keeping up till date filling system of the department.
    • Must know how to use accounting sofwares (ERP)
