    Human Resources Officer

    Job description

    • Collaborate with the Group HR and General Manager to strategically plan and execute HR initiatives that benefit the company and encourage more efficient and effective work from employees.
    • Continually educate employees on company policies (including appropriate dress, attendance, onboarding, etc.) and keep the employee handbook current
    • Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it remains positive and productive.
    • Providing support around enforcement of company policy, procedures, and employee disciplinary issues.
    • Proper management of the exit process through ensuring the filling of relevant exit forms and documentation facilitates processing entitlements.
    • Coordinating and handling orientation, induction, and training of new employees. Filling out the Onboarding Checklist and updating all necessary databases.
    • Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected
    • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
    • Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
    • Coordinate performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
    • Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
    • Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
    • Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
    • Documentation of disciplinary procedures.

    Marketer and Business Development Manager

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • The position of Marketing and Business Development Manager is responsible for devising strategies and initiatives that enhance the organization's performance. Execute sales and marketing activities, creating business development strategies, and establishing channels to ensure optimal business outcomes. The primary objective is to ensure business growth and profitability by working with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
    • Developing and implementing a marketing plan within the allocated budget and timeline, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that there is a mechanism in place for customers to voice their views and concerns.
    • Product and services development and distribution, writing contracts and proposals, presenting to potential clients, managing existing client relationships, and developing new ones.
    • Collaborate with finance and Client Service to ensure that corporate clients remain within their credit limits.
    • Continuous improvement of the company's digital marketing platforms by monitoring activities across relevant social media platforms.
    • Analyze business developments and monitor market trends to ensure that the brand/product marketing, business development, and digital marketing strategies align with marketing and business development objectives.
    • Knowledgeable about market developments, competition, and service pricing and quality to evolve marketing and business development strategies, and plan products, and pricing.
    • Develop an appropriate budget to execute objectives, and manage the budget. Lead the development of campaigns and materials and drive program design, including the evolution of the website, to ensure that materials are available and disseminated as appropriate.
    • Supervise the social media team and ensure that social media marketing campaigns and execution align with the overall marketing and business development plan. Review and execute digital/social media and offline marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate and manage the company's digital representation and presence on the most relevant channels via LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Website, FB, and other relevant channels. Execute offline marketing campaigns and events across all products and services.
    • Develop and coordinate the appearance of all organization print and electronic materials such as logos, fliers, brochures, etc.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and events for the company, develop and execute a business development strategy using targeted sales techniques to grow the customer base, and monitor sales activities.
    • Assist in the analysis, decision, and development of the rollout plans for the expansion of the businesses and ensure each new business line is launched successfully. Develop, lead execution, and oversee the launch and marketing plan for these new business lines.

    Education and qualities requirements.

    • Bachelor degree is required, and a master's degree/MBA is a plus.
    • Healthcare sales/marketing/business development experience
    • Digital marketing techniques, experience in building effective and efficient business growth strategies,
    • Good knowledge of Health Insurance/Managed Care or Health Care Financing Business, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to oversee business development and sales, be target-driven and result-oriented,
    • Have a track record of verifiable achievement, be willing to grow with the business, be adventurous and naturally able to multi-task, and be a problem solver who can work independently and has initiative.
    • Responsible and accountable, not concerned with hierarchy, and ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work as well as lead others to execute against objectives.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
