    Human Resources Officer

    Job Summary

    • As a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for managing and providing support in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, training and development.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
    • Administer the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR-related matters.
    • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational needs.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
    • Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite

    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development on a one-to-one basis, assisting him to make the best use of his time by efficiently dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks related to business matters only.
    • In his absence, the Executive Assistant will act as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Organizing and maintaining diaries and schedules to ensure the best use of time.
    • Organizing and attending meetings (where appropriate) and ensuring the Director is well prepared for meetings / events taking place in the coming week and updating them if changes are made e.g., providing diary printouts, reports and files for meetings, scheduling time to prepare.
    • Managing incoming emails and posts; responding on behalf of the Director and ensuring that he is kept appraised at all times.
    • Liaison with clients, suppliers, staff as appropriate being respectful of the organization’s structure and limits of Authority.
    • Acting as gatekeeper for the Director of Business Development – filtering enquiries, maximizing their time and directing incoming communications to the most appropriate person.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Admin, Management, Secretarial studies, or related field
    • 3- 5 years’ experience in Personal/Executive Assistant role
    • Advanced level user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Assistant Brand Manager

    • As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be responsible for brand management and marketing in order to contribute to the overall success of the brand.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

    Assistant Accountant

    Job Summary

    • As an Assistant Accountant will be responsible for posting journal entries, preparing financial statements, maintaining accounts, receivables, or payables and administering monthly payroll for employees.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
    • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc in Accounting or any related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
    • Being a chartered accountant is an added advantage.
