    Inventory/Logistics Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all materials received has GRN and sent to finance.
    •  Update the bin Card with quantity of items received into the Store and issued out of the Store
    •  Issue items to the production department on receipt of duly approved stock requisition from.
    • Carry out weekly stock taking of stock items
    • Carry out monthly stock taking of inventory
    • Supervise unloading of Steel Rolled Iron and other raw material items for production
    •  Supervise loading of steel drum as per instruction to designated customers
    •  Ensure stock items are properly arranged to allow easy retrieval and access during stock taking
    •   Maintain economic order quantity (approved stock level) and inform Management when that level is reached
    •   Prepare stock of finished products from the aggregation of production slips received from production department
    •  Responsible for receiving, storing and issuing of raw material (coils, paint, flanges, bungs, cap seal, wire seal, rings, Top/Bottom, sheet etc.)
    •  Ensure accurate management of stock levels.
    •   To maintain records of receipts as well as issuance of any items going out of the factory/warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
    •  Ensure surplus and obsolete stocks are identified and get rid.
    • To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
    •  Supervise loading/ dispatch of drivers to various destination.
    •   Responsible for all daily trucking and management of drivers.
    • Coordinate all dispatch activities

      PEARL

    •  Receiving and documentation of base oil and bulk products for production and packaging.
    •  Bulk storage tank daily dipping and documentation.
    • To oversee the arrangement of goods/ drums in an orderly manner within the stock location so that the stock can be identified easily.
    • Issuance of base oil for blending.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in inventory and material management
    • Warehouse management
    • Transportation and Trucking
    • Transport Scheduling
    • Inventory control and optimization
    • Knowledge of inventory ERP
    • Team work experience

    Qualification/Knowledge

    • Must be a graduate of science or social science degree
    • Proficiency in the use of computer: Excel, Microsoft word etc.
    • Good numerical skill
    • Analytical skill
    • Proactive

    Accountant (Mowe)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Review of accounting ledgers
    • Publish financial statements in time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Inventory management
    • Audit financial transactions and documents
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations
    • Any other functions that may be assigned

    Requirements and skills

    • 3-5 years proven experience as an Accountant in a Manufacturing Industry is most preferrable
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally or SAGE (compulsory)
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
    • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
    • Ability to meet deadlines
    • Ability to use initiative
    • Team Spirit
    • Honesty and integrity
    • Professional qualification and audit experience are pluses.
