    IT Sales Specialists - (Business Process Services)

    Sales Specialists - (Business Process Services)

    Location

    Ikeja, Lagos

    Salary range (Per Annum):        

    Naira 4,000,000.00 (can be negotiated for deserving candidate)

    Personal Responsibility / Performance measures:

    • Responsible for generating prospects in Business Process Outsourcing for Voice and Non-Voice Services like Document Scanning, Digitization, Document Processing i.e. Data capture, document audits, etc, Call Center Services, Finance and Accounting Services, etc)
    • Candidate should have worked on large size deals in Voice and Non-Voice BPO Services
    • Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets on total number of cartons for records Storage and corresponding revenue targets.
    • Comfortable handling sales force and daily reporting on accounts covered in Sales Force
    • Daily/weekly/monthly reviews with the reporting officers in Nigeria as well as global team in India
    • Developing relationship with CXOs and presenting clients Products and Services to customers’ post understanding their requirements through honest consultancy in bridging the gaps.
    • Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities in software and IT Sales.
    • Maintaining HOT/WARM/COLD Prospects in sales force daily.
    • Experience of drafting proposal on IT Solutions and consulting assignments.
    • Coordinating with internal cross functional team in designing & presenting solution to customers.
    • Responsible for achieving monthly Annual Operating Plan.
    • Responsible for coordinating with reporting manger, legal and commercial team for complete agreement closure with customer.
    • Responsible for promoting clients Brand in the market.
    • Responsible for imparting product and market updates (competition) to cross functional teams.
    • Responsible for tracking customer escalation and its resolution with Operations team.

    Functions / Day to Day Activities:

    • Maintenance of accounts across SPANCO Sales Process in Sales Force.
    • Understanding customer requirement, costing and effective proposal sharing with customer.
    • Meeting customers and understanding how are records stored currently and positioning clients Records Storage services delivering value adds to right authority at customer
    • Daily follow-up with customers for sales closure
    • Account management, handling client queries, escalations, etc
    • Reporting on sales achievement, projections, daily weekly, monthly sales target vs achievement, etc
    • Complying to all norms of clients Solutions

    Qualifications – (Minimum)

    • MBA (Marketing)

    • Should have been into sales profession all throughout his/her career
    • Should have demonstrated exceptional sales
    • Age > 30 years
    • Should have 4-5 yrs continuous working experience in software and IT Product Sales in Nigeria (without any break).
    • Should have worked on large scale records archival services
    • Exposure to corporate sales only.
    • Should have good contacts in Corporates in Nigeria.
    • Should have exposure of business planning

    Director of Trade & Investment

    Job Description

    • Our client is currently looking for a Director of Trade & Investment.
    • Basic responsibilities include implementing a strategic relationship programme on trade to leading Nigerian companies with investments in the UK, marketing the country as an investment destination and developing strong collaborative relationship with partners and stakeholders, including international investment agencies.

    Responsibilities

    • The set up and management of activities of the International Trade & Investment Desk.
    • Facilitating trade and investment between Nigerian and Britain.
    • Managing and supporting trade applications for members and non-members through the trade desk.
    • Developing commercial services and new products focussing on increasing Chamber revenues.
    • Reviewing trade and investment policies and procedures and ensuring the proper utilization of the Chamber’s Advocacy platform to disseminate the right information.
    • Identifying key partnerships within the public and private sector and improve the Chamber footprint in relation to trade and investment.
    • Supporting clients and members through provision of practical and technical advice around international trade and high-level service delivery such Trade Missions and consultancy.
    • Trade Service team delivery, including managing own and KPIs of Trade Service department Programme department and seasonal interns.
    • Ensuring high level of customer service across the team, role modelling leadership behaviours.
    • Ensuring income generation through building and account management of key partners.
    • Working alongside the Head of Membership department to implement new tools to increase leads and revenue to Chamber services.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Trade / Business / Relations or any related field from a recognized institution.
    • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in similar role.
    • Age range: 35-45 years.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of National/International goals, policies, and development objectives and the ability to translate them into trade development programs/projects.
    • Senior Management Experience and strong leadership and motivational skills and the ability to develop a results-focused, collegiate team ethos.
    • Results oriented and willing to make a personal commitment to meeting quantitative and qualitative targets.
    • Knowledge of Nigeria and UK economies and business drivers.
