Job Summary

• The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the branch.
• He/She is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of Marketing staff, departmental and organizational operations through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Job Responsibilites
Coordination and Supervision:

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.

Best Practices:

• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
• Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
• Monitor adherence to rules and regulations

Production:

• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure quality of products.
• Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.

Communication:

• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance.
• Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

Strategic Input:

• Liaison with top management.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
• Implement and manage operational plans.

Job Requirements

• Interested applicants must have an HND / B.Sc in any Management discipline with;
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in the banking/financial industry or similar industry.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly

Job Details

• Ensure all repairs are carried out within the shortest possible time
• Work with the Warehouse manager to ensure that the maintenance schedule drawn up by the Warehouse manager is executed
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work at very cost effective rates
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
• Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
• Implement workplace safety policies and standards
• Any such task as may be assigned to you

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a minimum of a National Diploma with at least 2 years experience.
• Those living in Surulere and its environs will be highly considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market and Promote Eaglefield Trading Services
• Visit and evaluate potential clients
• Meet with customers to advertise investment/fixed/term deposits and loans
• Mobilize for investments and partnerships
• Analyze financial data and status of clients
• Prepare loan documents for Credit Committee
• Follow up on customers and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc. in related courses
• 1 to 3 years experience in sales or marketing
• Very Good Customer relation skills
• Excellent communication & organizational skills.
