    Finance & Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Finance and Admin Manager you will be charged with optimising our financial management procedures. you will lead the Finance Department and will be contributing to financial planning, preparing financial reports, and implementing best practices in financial administration.
    • To ensure success as a financial administrator, you should possess extensive knowledge of accounting principles and experience in a similar role. A top-notch financial administrator will be someone whose expertise translates into optimized financial processes and compliance with industry regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
    • Lead our Finance Team.
    • Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
    • Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
    • Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
    • Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
    • Preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
    • Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
    • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliation.
    • Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.
    • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
    • Strong end-to-end knowledge of invoice processing, and vendor master management.
    • Would be responsible for handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation through calls and emails.
    • Preparing Monthly Management account
    • Responsible for keeping the General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash, and bank.
    • Responsible for liaising with tax consultants, Auditors, and Government Authorities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
    • Must be a chartered accountant ICAN,ACCA
    • A minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant or finance Officer.
    • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as quick Books etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
    • Extensive experience in financial reporting.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Superb organizational and time management abilities.
    • Great collaboration and communication skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and engagement metrics.

    Finance Executive

    Job Objectives

    • To assist Head, Finance & Accounts in respect to finance and accounting duties
    • To manage the Costing Structure for the Company Production

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will be reporting to the Finance manager.
    • He/she will be responsible for
    • Developing and maintaining financial reports, dashboards, and metrics to measure business performance.
    • The analysis and interpretation of financial data which will inform business decisions.
    • The execution of Bank and Account reconciliations.
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.

    • Daily cash management report

    • Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes
    • Proficiency in the use of an accounting software
    • Versed knowledge of accounting (qualified/part qualified professional qualification) with experience
    • Articulate and smart
    • Proficiency in MS Office Excel
    • General knowledge of IT

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in similar position
    • B.Sc/HND in Accounting or ATS Qualified and writing ICAN/ANAN Professional Exams
