    Retail Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and culture.
    • Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stockroom organization, ensuring effective inventory turnover and shrinkage control.
