    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and an efficient administrative support.
    • Provide excellent customer experiences that will facilitate organic growth
    • Take ownership of customers issues and queries and follow through to resolution.
    • Provide accurate information about product and services
    • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
    • Stay informed about product features, specifications and promotions.
    • Develop Service procedures, policies and standards.

    Requirements and Skills

    • OND or its equivalent
    • Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem solving skills with rapt attention to details
    • Proficiency in English and use customer service softwares
    • Positive attitude, empathy and a customer-centric approach.

    Benefits

    • Remuneration: N50,000 monthly.

    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • The role requires a good understanding of the travel and logistics industry, its market trends with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales within the industry.
    • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote travel and tour packages.
    • Identify and target key customer segments to expand market reach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
    • Strong understanding and use of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Knowledge of travel destinations, cultural experiences, and tour packages is a plus.

    Benefits

    • Work mode: Hybrid
    • Remuneration: N70,000 monthly
    • Performance Pay: N230,000 monthly.
