    Store Keeper

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily input/output feeding records of spare parts, Weekly/Monthly stock count check with direct supervisor.
    • Keeping a record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store.
    • Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings.
    • Reporting loss, damage, and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities.
    • Sorting all goods and stacking them appropriately.
    • Assisting in the labeling, tagging, and packaging of the goods.
    • Maintaining proper documentation processed for the receipt of the goods and supplies.
    • Ensuring the timely dispatch of the goods to the appropriate destinations.
    • Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with the vendors, suppliers, and other internal departments of the establishment.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Should have excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to effectively manage time, meet targets, and coordinate activities with team members.
    • Understanding of storage safety norms and other documentation processes.
    • Should have the understanding of using a PC for feeding inventory records.
    • University Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
    • 3years of experience as a storehouse keeper in a related industry.

    Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Working alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
    • Inspecting and modifying existing designs and prototypes.
    • Conducting research, collecting data, and writing daily reports.
    • Experience in blow machine, injection machine and pet preform, and pet blow machine.
    • Ability to troubleshoot fault with minimal downtime.
    • Mold changing and machine parameter setup.
    • Running tests, diagnostics, and calibrations.
    • Conducting experiments and investigations under the guidance of Engineers.
    • Inspecting inventory and reordering materials and technical components.
    • Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
    • Maintaining records and assisting with presentations.
    • Attending training and participating in other learning and growth opportunities.
    • Report daily to head of section

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service skills and time management.
    • Excellent health and safety knowledge.
    • Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

    Superb writing and presentation skills.

    • Applicant should have basic/intensive knowledge of injection, Plastics/ blow, and filling line machines

    Quality Control Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
    • Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
    • Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
    • Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
    • Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
    • Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
    • Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
    • Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
    • Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
    • Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs.
    • Previous experience in production or manufacturing sector. 
    • Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
    • Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
    • Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
    • Excellent communication and listening skills.
    • Good technical and IT skills.

    Quality Officers

    Responsibilities:

    • Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
    • Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
    • Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
    • Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
    • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
    • Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
    • Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
    • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
    • Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
    • Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping
    • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
    • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
    • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
    • Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
    • Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
    • Commit to plant safety procedures
    • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
    • Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements

    • Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts

    Skills & Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Quality Control personnel. 
    • Experience in a furniture production or design company will be a huge plus
    • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources)
    • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
    • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
    • Computer literacy
    • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
    • Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills
    • Bachelor degree in related field
