    Pharmacy Trainee

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking qualified and passionate individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Trainees for our branches in Festac, Lekki, and Victoria Island. The ideal candidates will have a background in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Physiology, with an HND or BSc qualification. Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is essential, and candidates must be available for immediate resumption.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    As a Pharmacy Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist the pharmacy team in daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
    • Dispense medications accurately, ensuring compliance with prescription details.
    • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate medication information.
    • Maintain proper stock levels and assist in inventory management.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
    • Collaborate with pharmacists to process and prepare medications.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Stay informed about new medications and updates in the pharmaceutical field.
    • Adhere to pharmacy regulations and standards.
    • Work closely with the healthcare team to support patient care.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • HND or BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Physiology.
    • Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, and inventory management.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.
    • Availability for immediate resumption.

    Salary: N90,000 Gross Monthly

    Assistant Internal Auditor - Purchase Department

    Job Title: Assistant Internal Auditor - Purchase Department

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

     

    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Internal Auditor specifically focused on the Purchase Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to work under the supervision of the line manager, paying close attention to all activities within the purchase department located in Victoria Island. This includes a thorough check of goods entering and leaving the department, scrutiny of items brought by vendors, and meticulous oversight of all items taken to the stores. The ideal candidate must be well-informed about every aspect of the purchasing department.

     

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    As an Assistant Internal Auditor in the Purchase Department, your responsibilities will include:

    • Work under the supervision of the line manager to conduct internal audits within the purchase department.
    • Thoroughly check all items brought in by vendors and verify against purchase orders.
    • Monitor the accurate recording of goods received in the inventory system.
    • Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure alignment with inventory records.
    • Collaborate with store management to track and document all items leaving the stores.
    • Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
    • Implement measures to prevent stock losses and improve overall inventory accuracy.
    • Work closely with vendors to resolve any issues related to the quality or quantity of delivered goods.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all inventory processes and procedures within the purchasing department.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and any variances observed.
    • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure seamless and accurate inventory management.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND/HND in a relevant field.
    • Proven experience in a related role, preferably in internal audit or inventory management.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory data.
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors, store management, and departmental teams.
    • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under supervision.
    • Well-informed about all activities within the purchase department.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.

    Salary: Commensurate with Experience
