    Security Supervisor

    Job Description

    • The role holder will be responsible for supervising, assigning, and evaluating the activities of security officers across the organisation.
    • The supervisor may be assigned to a specific shift and may also need, to work flexible hours and manage various projects.
    • The supervisor will also be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, evaluation and training related to security technology systems.  

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan daily assignments and conduct daily briefings for security operations.
    • Maintain security monitoring systems, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), internal/perimeter electronic sensors and communication links.
    • Frequently oversee emergency situations as they arise, notifying and involving the correct leaders throughout the organisation.
    • Evaluate, counsel and mentor shift personnel on job performance; conduct staff performance evaluations as required and mentor security personnel to performance standards.
    • Carry out supervisory and management functions and responsibilities including training of new staff, daily site inspections, maintaining compliance and discipline of site staff performance of staff evaluations regularly.
    • Review security offer reports for accuracy and adherence to department standards.
    • Assist in the creation and revisions of policies and procedures, process documents and visuals to track and display visuals.
    • Represent Security in Situational Huddles, Disruptive Event Consultation meetings and other meetings or outreaches as assigned.
    • Address performance issues by following informal corrective action and where applicable disciplinary actions in coordination with the Human Resource Manager and Operations team.
    • Meet periodically with supervisors and managers from every department to review and evaluate trends in Security related protocols.
    • Ensure all tasks and duties are reported on a daily basis.
    • Liaise with police investigations into any criminal offence committed within the company’s premises.

    Person Specification:

    • ND/HND/BSc in any related field.
    • A minimum of four (4) years of related security experience is required.
    • Good leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong sense of responsibility.

    Procurement Support Officer

    Job Description

    • The role holder will be responsible for managing and performing assigned tasks effectively, to work together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and act professionally within the workplace and with clients and also maintain a good knowledge of job deliverables.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming materials.
    • Checking and inspecting materials received and ensuring they are of accurate quantities.
    • Attending to material request applications from Operators and distribute the materials out to Operators according their request every week.
    • Responsible for material utilisation rate and material suggestion feedback collection.
    • Develop suppliers, negotiate prices and place orders according to superior requirements.
    • Keeping update of Purchase & inventory records and coordinating periodic stock count exercise.
    • Preparing and giving prompt feedbacks of inbound and outbound stock to the Superior.
    • Proactive forecast of future materials needs and report to the Superior when the stock is below safety amount to prevent stock shortages.
    • Executing other tasks assigned by the Superior.

    Person Specification:

    • Honest and detail-oriented.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Procurement or Stock Officer in any financial institution.
    • Excellent mathematical calculation skills.
    • Proficiency in using Excel, Word and other office software.
    • Excellent communication and return visits with BDs and merchants, improving the utilisation rate of materials in the market.
    • Excellent negotiation skills, reducing procurement costs.
    • Strong sense of responsibility.
