    Recovery Officer

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Handle customers questions or complaints.
    • Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
    • Build trust with debtors.
    • Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
    • Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
    • Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
    • Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
    • Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
    • Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues.
    • Update account status and database regularly.
    • Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
    • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in any field is preferred for organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • 1 - 2 years experience as a recovery officer.
    • Proven experience as debt collector.
    • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Apt in negotiating and persuading.
    • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence.
    • Must reside around AJah, Awoyaya, Ibeju Lekki axis.

    SME Relationship Officer

    Responsiblilities

    • Deploy high-end presentation tools and skills towards the attainment and management of deposit clients.
    • Foster beneficial and long- term relationship with new and existing clients to retain and attract new business.
    • Establish, develop and manage a strong pipeline and network of clients for our products.
    • Employ a variety of means to keep abreast of industry trends and company product knowledge.
    • Deliver increasing deposit portfolio performance and provide regular reports.
    • Generate risk assets for the bank.
    • Manage the account officers to ensure they work efficiently to achieve set targets and goals.

    Requirements

    • 3- 4 years sales and business development experience in an MFB/ financial sector.
    • Experience in generating risk assets or deposit mobilization
    • Good reporting and presenation skill.
