    Assisting Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and processing transactions
    • Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers.
    • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare invoices, track expenses, and assist with payroll processes.
    • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

    Required Experience / Qualifications / Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of SSCE, technical training or certification in appliance repair preferred.
    • Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of home appliances and their repair procedures.
    • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for appliance repair.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems related to appliance installation and repair.
    • Familiarity with various appliance brands and models.

    Warehouse Manager

    Job Description

    • The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the warehousing and distribution operations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
    • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
    • Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
    • Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
    • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
    • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
