    Solar System Engineer

    Requirement

    • Engineering graduate “Electrical and Electronics Engineering” preferred.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of the solar-powered system in terms of sales and installation of solar inverter
    • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
    • Prospective candidates must have a B.Sc or HND from a reputable Institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years trackable work experience in Renewable Energy is a MUST

    Selection Requirement

    Business Development Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos.
    • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating and executing sales strategies.
    • The Business Development Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continued growth and success of the business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
    • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
    • Experience in the renewable energy industry or related fields is a plus
    • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
