    Maintenance Contractor Site Representative (CSR) M/F

    We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:

    • Ability to ensure the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements to COMPANY’s maintenance superintendent
    • Ability to ensure co-ordination between maintenance operations and Preparation teams
    • Keep an up-to-date list of work that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns
    • Ability to promote and proposes modifications and improvements.
    • Ability to suggest corrective measures to COMPANY if this backlog threatens to become unmanageable,
    • Ability to maintains a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, in close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non-productive or non efficient operations.

    Profile

    The following knowledge will be essential for success in this position:

    • A knowledge of the principles related to the process and equipment of oil and gas treatment installations
    • SAP/R3 experience and know-how
    • Ability to direct/lead large multinational teams
    • Ability to work in a service relationship.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others
    • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
    • Working language: fluent in English 
    • A natural, flexible authority is essential.
    • Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent.

    High Voltage Electrical Foreman - Night Shift M/F

    MISSIONS:

    QHSE:

    • Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities.
    • Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules
    • Is responsible to ensures compliance with HSE Legislation, Company Standards and Procedures under his area of responsibility to ensure employees safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environment attitude
    • Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines with the asset to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety and Plan Integrity
      Contributes to achieve and improve HSE targets
    • Performs the updating of technical documentation.
    • Gives his contribution in Hazard Analyses, incident investigations, Root Cause Failure Analyses, process incidents advising his hierarchy about HSE issues and proposing corrective solutions.

    Main Activities: 

    • Monitor equipment conditions using all indications available in the control room, on site, and portable test equipment.
    • Diagnose equipment problems, report abnormal conditions to day-shift crew, and prepare detailed work requests for plant defects.
    • Manage intervention and prepare the technical reports related to the field.
    • Take charge of the systems/equipment under his/her responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation status.
    • Performs troubleshooting and problem solving on the high voltage equipment when the need arises.
    • Performs high voltage switching & isolations when the need arises.
    • Leads the night shift team and provides adequate handover and information to day shift team leadership.
    • Ensures continuous and safe running of equipment and turbines.
    • Read, interpret, and implement technical information found in manufacturer's and OEM technical manuals, electrical and mechanical P & IDs, and operating and maintenance procedures

    Candidate criteria

    Minimum level of experience required

    • 6 years or more

    Required authorisations

    • Electrical Trade Certificate / Electrical Engineering Degree
    • High Voltage accreditation
    • Medical certificate of fitness
    • Basic Firefighting
    • Basic First Aid
    • Experience with high voltage switching and equipment
    • Experience with power generation and distribution

    Languages

    Campaign Piping/Structural Supervisor M/F

    MISSIONS: 

    • Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of his team.
    • Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice under his responsibility
    • Key interface with TOTAL Supervision to assist with the successful provision of support services to all site operations, monitoring performance compliance and reporting on progress.
    • Manages day to day activities within his specific discipline
    • Provides technical knowledge, expertise and supervision for welding, cutting and rigging
    • Ensures works preparation before site works performance (survey, isometrics verifications, materials/tools preparation/supplies, access, lifting, prefabrications, logistics…)
    • Follows performance of works on site
    • Responsible of QA/QC for his discipline
    • Inspects the performed works or follows inspection done by COMPANY
    • Manages interventions using the CMMS and check intervention reports in this CMMS and write the technical reports related to his activity field
    • Assists the planning team by giving any technical support for preparation of the jobs in his discipline
    • In charge to manage, monitor and maintain the welding products & materials stored on site and ensures that all of these products & materials are in good conditions and free from defects – Replaces the unusable materials
    • Ensures that the operations planned work scope is managed effectively in
      accordance with agreed targets to avoid disruption.
    • Manages the specific team of technicians (welders, fitters, riggers …) 
    • Ensures that day to day requirements are met with regards Scope, Tool and means and onsite risk assessments.
    • Undertakes any other duties which may be required (within individuals
      Competency) to ensure in the smooth running of the operation.
    • Ensures that all daily, weekly and monthly reports are completed as required
    • Ensure that all members of the team are focused on delivery of HSE and Quality plans.
    • Ensures that all workers have the relevant qualifications and certificates to performed the required works through a specific register (with qualification matrix and relevant certificates dedicated to each workers)
    • When existing in charge to manage the dedicated piping workshop (cleaning, materials/tools states , welding products/consumables storage, personnel individual means, protection, …)

    Profile

    • Experience in oil and gas or related industry to have knowledge of the specific environment linked to HSE aspects.
    • Experience and knowledge of metallurgy, welding procedure & specifications, and QA/QC related to his discipline.
    • Specific professional knowledge: CMMS : SAP/R3.
    • Ability to work in a large multinational team.
    • Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others.
    • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site.

    Candidate criteria

    Minimum level of experience required

    • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, welding and cutting

    Languages

    • English (D-Full professional proficiency)
