    Content Marketer

    Location: Yaba, Lagos

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop, integrate and oversee all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to attract customers, drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behaviour.
    • Conduct ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gathering data and handle analytics and make recommendations based on those results.
    • Leveraging market data to develop content themes / topics and execute a plan to develop our brand positioning and service offerings; supporting our point of view and educating customers, thus leading
    • to a positive disposition in critical behavioural metrics.
    • Making sure the campaign meets the objectives while remaining within budget.
    • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future content marketing campaigns.

    SEO:

    • Basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement; ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality.
    • Ensuring all content is optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person. This is to be done for each buyer persona within our target audience categorization
    • Assist in the management of both on-page SEO and off-page SEO analysis and execution; improving organic search engine performance and setting goals based on click-through rates, conversions, and traffic.
    • Alert and keep the Marketing Communications Manager and business up to date on the latest SEO trends and changes on key search engines.
    • Functional editorial calendar and content development workflows must be filled and managed.
    • Conducting periodic competitive audits.

    Research and Analytics:

    • Conduct research and develop an understanding of the business’s industry, the business/product’s unique value proposition, and its product’s market differentiators.
    • Conducts extensive research on the challenges and priorities of the business’s consumers and prospective consumers; aligning marketing content strategies with consumer needs.
    • Understand how the business/product’s inbound marketing activity translates into consumers, thus refining content marketing processes of turning in and reaching new consumers.
    • Identify core objectives for the content and develop metrics and methods for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the content
    • Prepare reports and result finding presentations on the performance and engagement of that content, which is to be sent to the Marketing Communications Manager at the end of each week.

    Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaboration with all creative resources including designers, social media executives, digital marketers, SEO growth specialists and other departmental personnel

    Other Duties:

    • Perform other duties as delegated by the Marketing Communications Manager.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • B.Sc / B.A in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field;
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience;
    • Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence.
    • Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook.
    • Exceptional skill with the nuances of writing across several media formats.
    • Solid understanding of SEO concepts is preferred. Up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in online/digital marketing and measurement.

    Internal Audit Officer

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • To ensure Pre-audit quality assurance check of Risk Asset transaction off-line and online for completeness before disbursement.
    • Verification and review of interest payout, computation of rates in liquidations and termination of invested funds. Verification of expenditures, source documents and ensuring proper approval and authorization from designated officers.
    • Effective monitoring, verification and authorization of supplies and all budget approval memos.
    • Post-transaction review of all RFS Risk Asset transactions (finance Leases both corporate and consumer Leases, personal loans, Business support loans.
    • Verification of all payments and disbursement vouchers on RFS bank platform.
    • Quarterly report on the performance status of all consummated Risk assets and report on any system inadequacy
    • Timely report on non-compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements in the branch.
    • Quarterly Branch report on Facility management, Audit review of processes and procedures of various departments and units in the branch.
    • Audit review of all accounting processes and procedure Receipt and payments, petty cash system, bank reconciliation.

    • Preparation of timely report on post Audit review of processes and procedures of all Treasury customers with investment in the branch.
    • Any other task that may be delegated to you by your supervisor

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accounting with 2-3 years post NYSC work experience.
    • Professional qualification of ACA / ACCA / CIA.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company& search engine results rankings
    • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
    • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance

    Head, Internal Audit and Compliance

    Job Summary

    • The Head, Internal Audit and Compliancehas overall responsibility for the Internal Audit and compliance function within the group.
    • The position is grossly responsible for Risk management and control in the group, ensuring efficiency/effectiveness of operations (including the safeguarding of all assets), quality checks and reliability on risk asset transactions, conducting special investigations and control costs as well as overseeing and managing compliance within the organization to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
    • He/she is also responsible for providing reasonable assurance to Executive Management and the Board of Directors on the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, risk management, compliance and internal controls, for increase in productivity, confidence in stakeholders, fraud detection, quality control and good corporate governance.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide assurance to Executive Management and Board of Directors on the effectiveness or otherwise of the company’s risk management, internal control processes, procedures and policies and systems.
    • Ensure that a yearly audit plan covering all company’s risk areas is in place, approved by the Board and followed up for full execution.
    • Supervises the execution of detailed audit procedures, including review of transactions, documents, records, reports, policies and procedures for accuracy and effectiveness
    • Coordinate investigations into suspected fraudulent practices across the organization and recommend the appropriate line of action.
    • Responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance-related audits/reviews as well as ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
    • Define the strategic direction for the Internal Audit function which aligns with the overall strategic goals of the company.

    • Coordinate periodic reviews of the company’s functional activities (Departments and Branches) and submission of reports on same to Audit Committee of the Board.

    Requirements & Skills

    • M.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field, with relevant certificates and professional membership
    • Min. of 8yrs. cognizant experience with other relevant professional certifications
    • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in auditing; internal audit standards, ethics and fraud awareness
    • Strong Analytical and documentation skills
    • Experienced recommending Results/Corrective Actions
