    HR Officer

    Our client a reputable firm is looking to recruit the role of an HR Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
    • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
    • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
    • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
    • Maintain calendars of HR management team.
    • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
    • Assist with performance management procedures.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Business manager/Financial Controller, or Comptroller, to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Finance Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
    • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
    • Research technical accounting issues for compliance

    • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
    • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

    Job Summary

    We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

    An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

     

    The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of
    • the project
    • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
    • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
    • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
    • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
    • Acquire  equipment  and  material  and  monitor  stocks  to  timely  handle
    • inadequacies
    • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
    • Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
    • Evaluae progress and prepare detailed reports
    • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 15 years experience as construction project manager
    • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
    • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
    • Good knowledge of MS Office
    • Familiarity with construction/ project management software
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • A team player with leadership abilities
    • BSc/BA in engineering, building science, Quantity surveying or relevant field
    • PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage

    Job Title: Head of Procurement

    Location: Ikotun, Lagos

    Job Descriptions

    • Leadership of the entire contracts, logistics and procurement.
    • Tender process management involving pre-qualification, evaluation, negotiation and finalization of contracts.
    • Prepare and issue contracts and procurement orders,
    • Implement KPIs for supply chain personnel (contracts, procurement and logistics) to ensure process efficiency; progressive improvements; monitoring and addressing of non-conformance.
    • Ensure good coordination with finance such that the entire procurement to pay (P2P) process is fully and seamlessly implemented.
    • Develop and manage the procurement department including setting targets and monitoring performance.

    Qualification

    • B.Sc. Degree or its equivalent in Engineering and Supply Chain Management (contracts, procurement or logistics)
    • Minimum of 7 years Cognate experience as HEAD OF PROCUREMENT in Steel Manufacturing Sector Sector
    • Professional Certification is an added advantage. E.g. CIPS Certified.

    Salary

    N350,000 – N450,000 monthly
