    Finance Associate

    Job Description:

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses
    • Ensuring that all bills are sent latest by the 4th day of the new month.
    • Follow up with the Client’s Logistics team, finance team and other stake holders to ensure that all the processes are followed and completed swiftly.
    • Prepare monthly, weekly budgets and make sure they are approved and disbursed.
    • Ensure the management of disbursed funds, making sure that adequate internal control processes are followed.
    • Manage the procurement processes including the various vendors.
    • Negotiate all credits and make sure that all payments are made as when due. and account reconciliations
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
    • Assist with financial audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
    • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards
    • Provide financial support and guidance to logistics teams as needed
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and practices
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
    • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
    • Familiarity with financial reporting and compliance requirements

    HR & Admin Officer

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for the screening, shortlisting and selection of drivers and assistant driver.
    • Responsible for onboarding and training of new drivers and assitant drivers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information
    • Responsible for employee payroll, administer employee benefits, including health insurance and other company benefits
    • Assist with performance management, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Responsible for all background verifications required before onboarding drivers and assistant drivers.
    • Efficiently manage all offboarding processes for drivers, Assitant drivers and also TGL Trucking employees when required
    • Ensuring regulary salary surveys are done
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
    • Oversee administrative tasks, including mail, supplies, and office maintenance
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR and Administration team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in human resources, administration, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and regulations
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
    • Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
    • Familiarity with HR analytics and metrics
