    SALARY: 70,000 - 100,000

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Canvas for new customers, while maintaining existing ones
    • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them to paid customers
    • Creating, long – lasting relationships with current and potential clients
    • Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers
    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

    KEY REQUIREMENT

    • Minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience

    • Experience in  the FMCG industry
    • Familiarity in Abuja market and its environs

    Contract Bid Officer

    SALARY: 50,000 – 60,000

    JOB SUMMARY

    Our client is seeking a smart Contract bid officer. The ideal candidate should be someone who can properly handle company’s contract bidding and documentation.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identifying opportunities for bid submissions.
    • Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
    • Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
    • Ensuring all deadlines are met.

    HR Assistant

    SALARY:      # 35,000 - # 40,000

    JOB SUMMARY

     A consulting firm is seeking to hire a Smart HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of administrative and assist with HR duties of the organization.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting with daily activities in the company
    • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
    • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
    • Create and update all client’s records
    • Filling positions within the organization.
    • Carry out background check for successful candidates
    • well-versed in employment regulations and payroll practices
    • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    • Handling of administration and record-keeping.
    • Responsible for researching and drafting job descriptions for posting.
    • Other task as instructed

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Minimum OND in human resources or relevant field
    • At least 3 years’ experience working in similar field
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • identify issues and solve problems
    • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
    • Good attention to details
