    Facility Coordinator

    SUMMARY

    The Facility Coordinator is responsible to oversees all activities inside a building, making sure that health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise the maintenance team
    • Maintaining maintenance records
    • Coordinating building repairs
    • Creating safety policies
    • Developing and reviewing maintenance processes
    • Fixing minor issues in appliances, office equipment or arranging for repairs when needed Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Check devices, structures and systems (e.g. fire alarms and air-conditioners) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and renovations.
    • Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras)
    • Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations
    • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
    • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
    • Coordinate building parking space allocation
    • Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
    • Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
    • Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
    • Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

    REQUIREMENT:

    • First degree in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
    • Technical /practical mechanical and electrical experience
    • Minimum of 5-10 years hands-on experience as a Facility Coordinator/Supervisor
    • Relevant professional qualification e.g. IFM, PFM, IFMA, etc. will be a plus
    • Well vast in facility management
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles

    RENUMERATION:  Salary is N200, 000 – N250, 000 Monthly Gross.

    Professional Facade Cleaner

    SUMMARY

    The Professional Facade Cleaner will oversee and perform regular cleaning of all outside window surfaces.
     
    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Administer efficient cleaning of window panes of buildings
    • Ensure optimal levels of security when working
    • Perform regular cleaning of all outside window surfaces
    • Perform cleaning job at various hard to reach places such as building top floors
    • Maintain knowledge on usage of various cleaning equipment
    • Perform related duties as required by the employer.

     
    REQUIREMENT/ QUALIFICATION 

    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Facade cleaning 
    • Cleaning Certification from any cleaning training institution is a plus 
    • Strong work ethic

    SUMMARY

    The Brand Manager has the responsibilities to develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness. The person is expected to develop and execute brand strategies offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Development of the brand marketing strategies to establish strategic direction and program positioning.
    • Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
    •  Responsible for the development and execution of all in-store events, launches, promotions, and activation for the business/brand.
    • Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
    •  Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.

    • Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch, and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets.
    • Developing, executing and coordinating the brand and promotional activities.
    • Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
    • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
    • Outstanding communication skills

    RENUMERATION:  Salary is N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly Gross.

    Junior Accountant

    SUMMARY

    The ideal candidate would be responsible to collaborate with Accountants, Finance Leads and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks. The successful candidate will be largely responsible for managing daily accounting tasks for the business while ensuring alignment of expectations with other team members and Line Manager.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assistant Manager – Accountant & Business Analyst, Finance Department would have the following responsibilities:

    •  Process accounts payable and receivable
    •  Utilize database software to organize financial account information
    •  Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
    •  Make regular follow up with Customer Care Department to contact with clients to ensure payment

    • Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in Information Technology Company with a Bias for Internet of Things (IoT), Smart City Solutions, FTTH, FTTX, VoIP, IPTV and Telecommunications Operations with strong experience in Infrastructure management in global technology environment.
    • An experience in setting up a Telecoms firm will be an added advantage.

    RENUMERATION:  N80,000 - N100,000 (Monthly Net- after deductions).
