Our client, a FinTech firm is looking to hire an operations supervisor who will be in charge of all operations of the firm.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
• Oversee the day to day logistical operations at the firm
• Carry out marketing of the firm's services
• Represent the firm at strategic business meetings
• Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Requirements: 

• B.Sc in any related field.
• 3 years experience as an operations manager/supervisor or in any related role.
• Excellent organizational skill
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skill
• Good report writing skill
• Good mentoring/motivating skill
• Interpersonal skill

Pay: NGN 120,000 Net
