    Account Clerk

    Job Title: Account Clerk

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers & Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Generate and track sales invoices, credit notes
    • Track sales and keep copies of receipts, invoices and waybills
    • Compile customer receipts and monitor incoming and outgoing cash flow
    • Generate sales receipts after account reconciliation has been done
    • Create and maintain a systemic filing system
    • File and track copies of stamped/received invoices from delivered sales
    • Conduct monthly checks on customer accounts to ensure that the information provided are free of errors
    • Conduct monthly reporting on collections and outstanding payments from customers
    • Respond to queries from customers regarding their billings and statements while also updating their information and records when required.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / OND qualification
    • 2 years experience in accounting preferably as an accounts receivable clerk or accounts payable clerk
    • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written communication skills
    • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Technology savvy, and high level of proficiency in MS. Office (particularly MS. Excel)
    • Proficient in QuickBooks and Sage ERP
    • Demonstrable representation of problem-solving and data entry skills.

    Spa Supervisor

    Job Title: SPA Supervisor / Social Media Executive

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the company brand is respected and well represented
    • Must ensure consistent online present on all social handles
    • Ensure increase in customers, which leads to increase in turnover

    Admin/HR officer(Construction Industry)

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Help process expatriate residence permit renewal with Nigerian Immigration Service
    • Aid in the processing of immigration documents for the Company’s guests
    • Liaise with Lagos State Land use charge officials for annual filing
    • Liaise with NIMC officials for processing of NIN for employees
    • Liaise with government agencies as the need may arise
    • Responsible for receiving  inbound correspondence and ensuring the appropriate people receive them
    • Maintaining a record of all letters received
    • Help ensure the Organization adheres to the requirements of ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001) in terms of updating documents as required by the standards.

    • Perform other functions as requested by the Head of HR & Admin

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, time conscious and conversant with Microsoft office suite. Previous experience of operating an ERP software will be an added advantage

    Production Manger

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related field
    • 10 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing – in production roles
    • Proven proficiency is Six Sigma, LEAN and process improvement
    • Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus

    Accountant(Construction Industry)

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Preparing and maintaining important financial reports 
    • Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
    • Evaluating financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently 
    • Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
    • Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
    • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
    • Preparing and posting multiple invoices  
    • Preparation of vendor reconciliation

    REQUIREMENTS

    Candidate must have previous experience in the construction industry, experience operating an ERP software (Microsoft Dynamic/Business Central/Navbuild) and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Minimum work experience is 2-3 years
