    PHP Backend Engineer

    The Role

    The Position:

    Reliance is undertaking a technical transition, moving away from a monolith architecture towards one based on React (frontend) and Java backend services. You will have experience of PHP development and troubleshooting but will be interested in further developing your skill sets as part of your progression to being a full-stack software engineer.

    The role has two main functions:

    • Troubleshooting, monitoring and where appropriate maintaining current backend services in PHP

    • Developing new backend services in Java and/or delivering front-end applications developed in React. (training will be supplied as necessary)

    • Please note that overtime you would transition from PHP to Java as the companies architecture moves Java for the Backend. However, training would be provided to easy your transition

    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshooting, monitoring and where appropriate maintaining current backend services in PHP

    • Developing new backend services in Java and/or delivering front-end applications developed in React. (training will be supplied as necessary)

    • Owning the development and maintenance of a microservice

    • Integrating with required third-party APIs

    • Understanding business goals and architecting solutions to achieve them in any part of the application

    • Providing technical support to customer when necessary. Investigating problems and providing short & long-term solutions

    • Documenting the development process, architecture, and technical details

    • Keeping abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

    Ideal Profile

    Skills Required:

    • 3 years working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer

    • Willing to learn/transition to Java for our backend services

    • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework

    • Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design

    • Knowledge of software testing (PHPUnit)

    • Experience with Git

    • Experience working in an agile environment

    • Able to write clean, readable, maintainable and testable code

    • Comprehends and follows web security best practices

    • Creative and efficient problem solver

    • Willingness to expand personal skill sets in other languages and services as required for the architecture and scalability requirements of the application

    VP, Case Management and Care Coordination

    The Role

    Responsibilities:

    • Data-driven analysis of enrollee feedback to understand trends
    • Develop and execute a structured process to investigate claims associated with mortality, morbidity, fraud, waste, and abuse
    • Managing full time and freelance case management staff to carry out investigations and maintain significant on-ground presence in facilities on our network to ensure compliance with care standards 
    • Develop and execute structured standards for inclusion or exclusion of medical providers on Reliance Health’s network

    Ideal Profile

    Skills Required:

    • Minimum of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
    • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience caring for patients
    • Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading and managing of team of more than 3 people
    • Additional training or experience in medical quality improvement and/or population health, data analysis skillsets is required
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, data analysis and numeracy skills are a must have for this role

    Director, Sales Development Representative

    The Role

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    Scale and lead the entire sales development organization. Generate new business opportunities and develop the next generation of sales talent for Reliance Health organization. 

    • Build and optimize the global Sales Development team and processes, to consistently hit pipeline generation and online premium sales targets

    Tariff Management Associate

    The Role

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all provider tariffs via the provider management portal
    • Promptly and efficiently upload new tariffs for providers (data entry)
    • Handle tariff negotiation requests using the standard operating procedure
    • Assign provider tier using the standard operating procedure
    • Execute price control strategies via tariff management
    • Adhere to the standard operating procedure for executing tasks

    Lead, Provider Relationship Management

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Develop and implement processes that delight providers on our network as measured by feedback surveys
    • Develop and implement a strategy to measure and improve the Reliance Health member experience while seeking care at providers on the Reliance Health network
    • Develop and implement incentives for providers to minimize wait and maximize medical quality for Reliance Health members

    Operations Lead, Diagnostic Services

    The Role

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and assets of the clinic relevant to diagnostic services
    • Perform diagnostic staff administrative duties including scheduling, onboarding and training of admin staff, adhoc staff hiring, etc
