    Front Desk Officer

    The primary objective of this role is to receive and direct clients and service personnel to appropriate departments and ensuring that the proper communications and personnel interaction channels are maintained from an entry point perspective.Candidate should have real estate experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive visitors by greetings, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
    • Notifies company personnel of visitor’s arrival.
    • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
    • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
    • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor tags.
    • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Understand the company’s business and services to be able to discuss with walk in clients.

    Brand Development Officer

    Job Description

    • Conduct effective research to identify new clients, close deals and develop ways to satisfy needs
    • Sell services by establishing contacts and developing professional relationship with prospects.

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client's satisfaction
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 
    • Provide trustworthy viable feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

    • Good knowledge of Real Estate, Construction Services
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Proficiency in English

    Job Description
