    Sales Associate

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and/or hospitality industry.

    • Experience working with a CRM tool for sales lead generation, tracking, and forecasting

    • Proven track record in B2B sales and conversion.

    • Must have existing good relationships with distributors or restaurants that are easily convertible.

    • Excellent numerical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills

    • Tech savviness and a willingness to work with/sell SaaS.

    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales Targets.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Must have previous experience working in an organization that prospected corporate organizations. 

    • Must be very articulate and comported.

    About the Role

    • You will work directly with our Head of Revenue to figure out exactly how to drive business development, revenue, and profit to achieve our goals. As a Sales Associate, you’ll drive the Vendease growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy customers.
    • You’ll actively prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
    • As a Sales Associate at Vendease, you’ll manage communications between key clients and internal teams.

    Job Description

    • Follow and achieve departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

    • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.

    • Negotiating/closing new businesses every month (A closed business is a business that orders at least once within a month).

    • Managing communications between key clients and the internal team.

    • Bringing new businesses from existing clients or contacts and developing business relationships with potential clients.

    • Increasing sales volume.

    Inventory & Logistics Associate

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, sciences, accounting or related discipline.
    • A certificate in quality assurance is a plus
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics Management etc.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Working knowledge of word processor, database and spreadsheet software.
    • Able to work weekends on occasion.
    • Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors.
    • Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
    • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Ability to develop professional relationships

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
    • Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
    • Oversees Logistics needs of the business in the city
    • Keep track of every fleet at all times
    • Directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising movement from the market to customers' sites.
    • Maintenance of fleet, purchasing, deciding whether to lease or buy, assisting to recruit drivers
    • Training less-experienced inventory workers.
    • Compiling inventory reports.
    • Forecasting future inventory requirements.
    • Establishes and maintains backup sources for high-demand items.
    • Develops and administers vehicle/equipment asset management processes from procurement to disposition.
    • Provide strategies to ensure logistics effectiveness
    • Assesses inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.
    • Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related databases and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
    • Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
    • Assists with periodic (at least annual) physical inventory audits.
    • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
    • Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
    • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
    • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
