    Junior Piping Stress Support Engineer

    Industry: Oil & Gas Engineering

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares, schedules, conduct and co-ordinate all works related to piping stress and support.
    • Skilled in the usage of relevant Engineering software, i.e., Caesar II etc.
    • Prepares and review of critical line list, stress sketches, stress reports, pipe support standard index.
    • Knowledgeable in job note and procedures preparation and, application of Engineering instruction on projects,
    • Reviews and checks work of subordinate Engineers.
    • Carry out any other duties as directed by Deputy Manager (piping stress & support)
    • Review and checking third part/internal Stress calculations.
    • Coordination with other disciplines, civil, mechanical, and piping design.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities and Power Generation sector
    • At least 1 years of experience in offshore oil/gas field development projects.
    • Experience with Auto Pipe and Caesar II software
    • Experience with detailed design project (EPC) execution.

    Salary

    Electrical Engineer

    Industry: Oil & Gas Engineering

    Responsibilities

    • Confer with senior designer and Engineers to understand the scope of works.
    • Assemble documentation packages required to produce drawing sets.
    • Generate computer appreciation and use various applications to generate deliverables.

    Design Engineer

    Industry: Oil & Gas Engineering

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and apply Eurocode.
    • Understand and apply American codes e.g., ACI, API, AISC, ASCE, etc.
    • Drafting of reinforced concrete structures using AutoCAD
    • Drafting of steel structures using AutoCAD
    • Understand plot plans and layout.
    • Preparation of material take off and material requisition.

    Senior Subsea Engineer

    Industry: Oil & Gas Engineering

    Responsibilities

    • The senior subsea Engineer shall carry out all duties and function as may be assigned by the lead pipeline Engineer.
    • Verify man-hour estimates, execution plan and manning requirement during proposals for review by lead pipeline Engineer.
    • He shall organize and lead other discipline engineers in carrying out [pipeline engineering designs, communicating, and interfacing in a multi-disciplined environment, and be familiar with the technical requirements of other discipline groups.
    • Verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required tdesign the pipelines system, including the engineering for green field and major Brown field pipeline/subsea development projects of the oil and gas industry.
    • Must be familiar with relevant design code and standards (API, ASME, DNV etc.,) oil and gas industry design practices, and a thorough working knowledge of design and analytical techniques on subsea/ pipeline design software- OFFPIPE, ORCAFLEX, PIPESIM, CAESAR II, AUTOPIPE, AGA etc.
    • Must alsbe knowledgeable and provide expertise in pipeline operation and integrity management, pigging requirements as well as in CAD designs of pipeline layouts, routings, and crossings.
    • Be responsible for career development and training of junior engineering.
    • Provide support for the preparation and evaluation of technical bids.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in (B. Eng/ B. Tech or Equivalent)
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in subsea Engineering Onshore/Offshore or related role
    • Ability twork in difficult and unpleasant surroundings and/ or deal with particularly emotional or stressful situation.

    Accountant

    Industry: Oil & Gas

    Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
    • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

    Recruitments

    • Liaising continuously with major material/equipment suppliers regarding the latest developments in technologies.
    • Definition of the anticorrosion strategy using CP/ COATING / PAINTING / CHEMICAL TREATMENT/ CRA (corrosion resistant alloy) to optimize quality and costs.
    • Issuing of engineering corrosion philosophy document including pipeline and Topside equipment review. Interface with Equipment / Electrical/ Instrumental engineering disciplines
    • Transfer of the corrosion strategy to the discipline responsible of CP / Painting and Coating design.
    • Design of the chemical treatment and CRA.
    • Corrosion failure analysis upon Project/ Assets request.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in (B. Eng/ B. Tech or Equivalent) in Material & Corrosion Engineering or Material & Metallurgical Engineering and other related discipline engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years experience in engineering design in the Oil & Gas Onshore/Offshore industries. Possession of Higher qualification and/ or more cognate experience in materials and corrosion engineering designs will be an added advantage.

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality.
    • Interpret blueprints for the purpose of establishing customers’ critical needs and how they should be measured.
    • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.
    • Perform the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data.
    • Check dimensions and surface quality of random batches of finished products to ensure they meet all company quality standards.
    • Inspect all product returns, analyse the defect, and document the findings.
    • Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications.
    • Carries out ongoing lab and field sampling. Auditing visual, dimensional, and mechanical tests of materials and processes.
    • Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
    • Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
    • Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.
    • Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation.
    • Assist in the development of needed records and standards and maintain accurate and detailed files as required.
    • Instruct the method of disposition of discrepant material.
    • Assist in designing and implementing the procedure for the use of Statistical Process Control across all departments as required.
    • Assist with auditing, writing, revising, and verifying quality standards and developing forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data.
    • Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
    • Document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Quality Control.
    • Work Experience with MOMAS, Mojec or from any electronic energy meter mfg. Companies is an Added Advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role as a Quality Manager.
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

    Salary
    N300,000 Monthly.
