    Tech Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

    Job Summary:

    • We’re seeking an enthusiastic Tech Sales Representative with some experience in sales or customer-facing roles, who is eager to grow their career in tech sales. In this role, you'll find and engage new clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored technology solutions. We’ll provide the necessary product training, but you should already have a passion for sales and a basic understanding of technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
    • Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to learn about their business challenges and recommend suitable tech solutions.
    • Present Solutions: Conduct product demos and deliver presentations to showcase how our tools can meet client needs.
    • Close Sales: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to final contract.
    • Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads and sales progress in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for clients.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferably in tech or a related field).
    • A Basic understanding of tech solutions like Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building relationships.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is advantageous.

    Sales Development Representative (Entry-Level)

As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.     • Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Zoho or Salesforce) is a plus, but we will provide training.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous, but not required.
