    Territory Sales Executive - Paygo

    Position Description

    The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel. Channel Partner recruitment including engagement and training of third-party sales agents also rests on the TSE. Channel productivity and profitability also rests on the TSE.

    Roles Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the PAYGO Channel.
    • SEP Onboarding, management & monitoring.
    • Driving sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.
    • Ensuring effective implementation of the of route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.
    • Constant monitoring of stock positions at ECs to prevent stock out.
    • Active implementation of field initiatives to boost sales.
    • Implementation of strategic plans to build capacity in immediate coverage environment.

    Requirements

    • Experience in FMCG, Telecoms, Renewable Energy & any industry that focuses on territory development & product sales.
    • Field Sales knowledge is very key.

    Area Business Manager

    Position Description

    The Area Business Manager (ABM) will directly manage a minimum of 5 Territory Sales Executives and support other FTEs within the business area, in meeting business area set goals and objectives, across all business channels – Retail, Partnership, PAYGO, and Collections.

    Roles Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the business revenue of all channels and operational activities of the entire business area under coverage (A-Z of area management).
    • Responsible for onboarding and management of ECs, with the support f the TSEs.
    •  Customer management and retention drive.
    •  Giving direct support, supervision, and management of FTEs of the organisation across areas of coverage.
    •  Training of FTEs (TSEs) and contract staff [SEPs and ECs] across the business area
    • Oversee activities of channel development, channel management, and TOMA across business areas.

     Delinquency management.

    • Management of business partners, driving ROI and creating new business opportunities for the organisation. 
    • Support HR in recommending quality candidates for resource gap closure where necessary.

    Requirements

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Channel management skills.
    • Must possess a good knowledge of the business area under coverage
    • FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/renewable energy industry within South East, South South, and North zones of Nigeria – a proper understanding of a particular region (having worked there) will be an added advantage

    Position Description

     

    The job holder will be a business leader managing a designated region with the key responsibility of ensuring regional profitable growth, and attainment of sales revenue through planning, execution, and management of a team.     Campaign Management:

    • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.

    • Ensure that videos are of high quality and meet technical requirements for various platforms.
    • Capture videos and pictures of special company events and activities.

    Brand Identity and Consistency:

    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Understand the brand guidelines and apply them to the design and video elements.
    • Ensure the visual content reflects the brand's values, tone, and personality.
    • Manage time effectively to ensure that design projects are completed on schedule.
    • Prioritize tasks to ensure that urgent projects are completed first.
    • Proactively manage workload to prevent backlog and ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Ensure Monthly social media designs are designed a month ahead. For example, May creatives should be completed by April 1st.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct quality checks on designs and videos to ensure that they meet the desired standards.
    • Use feedback from the social media Officer and Team Lead to make necessary revisions and ensure that designs meet their needs.
    • Ensure that all final designs and videos are technically correct and suitable for their intended purpose.
    • Ensure all final designs are properly filed and labeled.

    Leads Generation and Content Tracking & Support:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the visual content effectively communicates key messages and attracts leads.
    • Develop visually compelling lead generation assets, including landing pages, banners, call-to-action buttons, and email templates.
    • Optimize the design elements to encourage user engagement and conversion.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align design concepts with lead generation strategies and target audience preferences.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders such as the social media Officer to understand their design needs.
    • Communicate effectively with the social media Officer to ensure that their needs are met and that design solutions align with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates on design projects and seek feedback to ensure that designs meet their needs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in in any course
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
    • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders

    Field Collections Manager

    Position Description: 

    The Field Collections Manager is responsible for drafting and executing of field debt recovery & collections strategy for the OpCo. The role will focus on driving the achievement of field collection KPIs, through close collaboration with the other OpCo HoDs – Country Head of Sales, Head of Operations and Head of CX particularly – in the implementation/adoption of field collection strategies. The overall aim is to drive an increase in customer collections in the field and early repayments of PAYGO products.

    Roles & Responsibilities 

    • Define and execute the field collections strategy for efficient field debt recovery or repossession of products from delinquent customers.
    • Define the field collection or repossession approach for different customer segments, with different payment capabilities and delinquency stages, as well as customers with different products or days on book.
    • Closely work with the Sales team to build an efficient field collection structure to ensure efficient collection or repossession from delinquent customers.
    • Support development and adoption of field collections analytics and KPIs. Ensure regular monitoring and reporting to key stakeholders via daily, weekly, and monthly field collection metrics. 
    • Continued engagement & training of the team on the most up-to-date worktools for the department, particularly the Collections Officers (CO) App. 
    • Onboarding and management of collections Agencies to improve collections from written off or heavily delinquent customers across the country.
    • Guide and support the development of different field collections experiments to increase amounts collected from delinquent customers
    • Support driving collections campaigns in the field.
    • Identify potential customer pain points impacting collections and propose effective solutions for adoption to achieve field collections and repossession targets
    • Timely escalation of voice of the customer, fraudulent activities, or other pain points to the relevant stakeholders for immediate resolution

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Degree in Business related subject and/or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years direct experience managing collection teams and collaborating with key functions (Global Credit, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, Technology),
    • Preferably from a Microfinance background and with exceptional stakeholder’s management skills.
    • Demonstrated negotiation and monitoring skills in managing 3rd party vendors or service providers.
    • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality,
    • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
